Relief from the noise
It was an answer to the air leaks in my mask overnight. The worst part was the noise it made - it kept waking me up. Remzzzs has taken care of that issue. They are very light, like a thin t-shirt material. I tend to have trouble with itchyness so any fuzz would make it uncomfortable. I don't have much of a problem with that from the Remzzzs.

Too small does not fit a large mask
Touted as a large mask liner but it is no where near large enough to be used on a large C Pap mask. A waste of money.

Works but could use improvement.
The liners work well when you get them placed properly but that is difficult to do. There's nothing to keep them from slipping. Silent Night liners fit and work better but are expensive. Cost is another factor for these liners also.

not enough
I got these hoping that they would soak up the sweat that is caused by the rubber mask touching on my face. These pads did NOT fix the issue. They are way to thin to be of any absorbancy necessary. Also the manufacturer, cutting every little corner possible, as to make an extra penny. Has made these units absolutely the smallest size that could work. So be prepared to put your mask on and be still. No moving that mask to the side, as to talk or drink. The liner is to small to line back up without some extra effort. I'll make my own. And I'll leave extra liner to accommodate for this issue. I think I'll go the the fabric store and get some sort of material that seems appropriate. Then make 3 dozen, then put them in the washer. And just reuse them

They help
If you have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine you are well aware that while the machine and mask are beneficial they are not without their annoyances. There is always some leakage, skin irritation, dry nose, facial marking and other problems. These cloth liners fit over the nasal mask and help alleviate some of the problems. I do not think they or any other product eliminate the problems but they help. They are simply a cloth triangle and can only be used only once so they are a monthly cost. Insurance and Medicare do not cover the cost. However anyone who is having difficulties adjusting to the side effects of the CPAP paraphernalia might find these helpful.Alex McLachlan

Could Be Better
I purchased this to stop the facial irritation from my CPAP mask and this works just fine... however, it could be better. It's just simple cloth with a hole in it for your nose. If the fabric was sturdier it would be good for multiple uses but the thin fabric curls on the edges after one use. It's overpriced for what you're getting. I have used plain old tissue paper for this and it works. I was hoping for something a little better than tissue paper. For lack of anything better this is all that's out there but you can surely try some homemade alternatives to this that might be better and way cheaper.

Must have for high pressure.
I use 16cm with a FF Quattro. These (actually this is the wrong size) work very well to reduce leaks. Since I ordered the wrong size the company replaced them promptly, and had them give the others to my DEM for samples. If you have any mask problems this is probably a good solution. You can use them more than one night.
