Strong, old fashioned scent
If you like this kind of scent then this will be excellent value for money which lasts a long time. I put a small amount on my wrists, inner elbows and just behind the ears, and it was overbearing to the point that it made me wheezy. So be careful how much you put on. I thought it smelled a bit cheap, but that's maybe because I don't like it.

This perfume is so good! I’ve never smelled TF velvet orchid before so can’t compare but this smells sooooo much more expensive than it is. Wasn’t too sure about the scent at first but once it had settled into my skin, wow. Such a complex scent and last all day too.

Surprisingly good
I wasn't sure what to expect with this one but I am very pleasantly surprised. I have Tom Ford black orchid and velvet orchid and would say it smells more like the latter. It obviously doesn't last as long as a few sprays of TF would but for the price? It's really a no brainer. I wore the oil yesterday with the velvet orchid TF body lotion and felt that combined, they worked really well and lasted much longer and more noticeably than if I wear to wear the TF perfume on its own. Whether you just want a new perfume to throw in your bag or the sticker price of TF perfumes is off putting for you, this product is perfect. I also liked that I got a free sample of another oil from them. I'll definitely consider other oils to add to my collection!

Easily one of my all time favourite fragrances
I like mixing my perfumes with similar smells. I usually put some on my skin and apply a warm yet fresh/tropical & sweet smell on top. 9months + later and I still get compliments. 10/10 recommend especially if you are into warm and sweet smells. Absolutely perfect as a winter scent.

Lovely, sophisticated scent.
I like the fact that this scent isn't in your face, doesn't scream for attention and make you sneeze, like alcohol base perfumes. Instead it envelops you in a subtle scented atmosphere, someone who comes close to you wouldn't necessarily know it was coming from you, but there is a delicate, subtle, whisper of a scent all around you, which speaks pleasant things, sophistication, understated quality like Greta Garbo. When I wear it, I feel like I'm being followed by a cloud of invisible butterflies drawn to the gorgeous scent, which is almost imperceptible but is always there.A song comes to mind: "Why do birds suddenly appear, every time you are near?" It could be the invisible, subtle aura of having this scent wafting around you, barely noticeable, and yet you know something is different and very pleasant.
