Dean and Tyler High Quality Pet Products Muzzle is WONDERFUL! 5 STARS!!!! I currently own a male Landseer Newfoundland dog, who is NOT aggressive at all. He is the most perfect dog all the way around, but when I leave to go to work during the day, I always come home to something that has been destroyed. As long as I am home, he has no desire to chew on anything and would rather lay at my feet to sleep. Also, he has just turned 1yr old...so the chewing stage is not yet over. Another reason I purchased this muzzle is for the fact that I have my elderly mother living with me, and it is much too hard for her to clean up after one of my Newfoundland's chewing messes. While I am at work (8 hr day-shift), Bear takes care of himself going in and out the doggy door. This extraordinary DEAN AND TYLER muzzle does not compare to the previous one I had. It was a black hard-plastic muzzle that did not allow room for my dog to drink or eat...although that did not stop my Newfoundland dog from trying to lap up water with it on anyway. The nose-pad on the DEAN AND TYLER muzzle gives my dog much more comfort, so he does not mind wearing it as opposed to the last one where he would try to paw it off of his face. I just LOVE the black leather on it. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Another thing, I had an issue with my package getting mixed up in the mail. Thus, it never arrived, but hear me out! I contacted High Quality Pet Products' customer service and I MUST SAY that their customer service is just as good as their product! Customer service was equal to 5 stars! They immediately kept in contact with me and were very quick to address the issue with sending me a partial refund as well as sending another muzzle (which did correctly arrive). All in all, AWESOME product, and good old-fashioned customer service. On a final note, there are not very many people providing good old-fashioned customer service anymore as it is a thing of the past. However High Quality Pet Products' Customer service representatives went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was a happy customer, and I am so very thankful to that. I would recommend this muzzle to anyone with a Large Breed dog. If ever I had future need for a muzzle, I would absolutely buy a DEAN AND TYLER muzzle from this seller again.Extra Note:I would caution against leaving ANY muzzle on a dog for more than 16 hours a day (especially without routine maintenance for the dog...feeding, grooming, etc.) as that is considered animal abuse. There is a great deal of care that comes with owning a pet...if the dog has to live 24/7 in the muzzle then it may not be a good idea to keep the pet....just saying.

Such a well made muzzle. I love the little storage bag it comes with. Absolutely worth every penny.

Product arrived after contact from previous comment posting. Tried to remove other posting but found not. The muzzle works great and I ordered a second one for our other dog. I would recommend the item to others
