Fits my Miele vacuum. Glides smoothly across the floor and carpet. The lever that retracts and exposes the brush flips easily and stays in place until you flip it again. A considerable savings over the brand name Miele vacuum replacement head.

My wife was getting annoyed at our Miele C1 electro-vac head leaving black marks from the wheels on our tile floor and its grout. I tried cleaning the wheels many times, but it never stops. So I bought this non-electric head to see if she liked it.She does.There are no wheels, so the problem was instantly solved. The brushes go up and down easily with your toe, and so far, seem to lock in very well. It’s very light and easy to push, although believe it or not, the electric head actually rolled easier… probably because of... you know, the wheels.It cleans our tile floor very well, and since the brushes are always down, it has a little additional ‘scrubbing’ action. It’s kinda like leaving the brush running on the electro head - but I don’t have to dismantle the thing every week to clean what always seems to be a full head of hair out of the roller bar.Try to leave the brushes down on any kind of carpet, and you’ll come to a screeching halt. But with the flick of your toe, you can retract the brushes and carpets are easy-peasy. Miele vacs have such enormous suction that you may have to dial back on the suction a bit, especially on smaller throw rugs. But once you do, carpets are easy.Using it with the brushes ‘UP’ on the tile floor is a definite ‘no-no’. The metal scrapes across the tile, and would obviously wear something out real quick. Fortunately, it’s easy to switch modes.This brush head seems to do the same thing the Miele OEM head does, at less than one third of the cost. I’m sold.Hope this helps.

I think it is only 1/3 the price of the OEM version and seems to be the same quality. So far has been working great! Our old one had a piece crash and the local vacuum store said the whole had had to be replaced for about$70. Didn't think it was worth it for the machine, but this has been great!

I liked the product it is sturdy and can do both floors and carpets, without sucking all the nap out of the carpet. I think I will put a colored piece of tape so I will know what is floor vs carpet on the foot petal. My Titan came with the same brush attachment finally wore out and roller wouldn't roll anymore.

I purchased this attachment to replace the parquet tool for hardwood/vinyl that came with my Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team. The key difference that makes this attachment superior to the parquet is the suction: With the parquet, you have to aim the center of it to the dirt you are trying to pick up due to the lack of suction channeling to the sides of the attachment, whereas the 285-3 can pick up dirt from the sides even when it's just placed directly next to debris.The only cons I have are that the plastic housing is a pet hair magnet (same with my other attachments so it is what it is) and the wheel is noisy/feels cheap. However, if you're using the hardwood setting that exposes the brush, you won't even need to use the wheel since your attachment will be gliding across the floor on the brush itself, so the point is mute. Overall, this is my favorite attachment for hardwood/vinyl floors; the value of this particular off-brand tool is absolutely worth it.

Based on those positive reviews I purchased this Keepow brush head as my original Miele brush head was wearing down on the brush area. There was no replacement with Miele for my S-168 broom (a workhorse). I wanted to give it a fair "trial" and it has passed with flying colors. For the price this is a winner and I recommend it. The brush seems to work well on carpets, but is harder to use on hardwood floors.

I love the price, it looks and works just like the name brand one that wore out. I've only had it a month but it's been great so far.

My original Miele floor brush didn’t last very long and made scratches on the wooden floor. So I purchased this new floor brush and I am very happy with it. It does the job perfectly without damaging my floor.
