1978 S US Proof Set Superb Gem Uncirculated

I regret buying this item so much. It came with the plastic cover broken and the seal was also broken, another words this was not an airtight proof set which is kind of the reason for purchasing it. The shipping was good but other than that I do not recommend this item.

Nice coins. My coins were not tampered with so they arrived in really good shape. Happy with this. Although they are available by other dealers for less money I'm satisfied.

My birth year set of proofs. It was a must have. Even though it is just a DCAM proof set and not a 90% silver proof set they left me satisfied. Also 1978 was the last year of the Ike dollar, as well as the large size dollar coin. An end of a truly great era of large dollar coins with heft. I highly recommend this set to the avid collector.

The media could not be loaded.  The whole set is fantastic. It makes a great gift. To someone like me, I would want one from every mint, for a complete set. All of these came from the San Francisco Mint. Having said that, it is a great birthday gift. I know this from experience.
