Yes! I washed it before wearing and it looks great. It is a bit odd, though, as the zipper is reversed from what it would be for men's garments in the U.S. The zipper pull is on the other side. (Perhaps this is they way they are done in China?)

Q: I'm 5'3" 154lbs what should I get, small or medium?

I have purchased jackets from outside the US. My experience is they run small. I usually where a size XL. I purchased a 2XL in this jacket, and it fits great. Room to wear a sweater, or sweatshirt underneath. So, I would go with a medium.

Q: What are the chest and waist measurements for the XXL size?

52 chest. 44 waist according to size guide

Q: Why does the xl say military jacket but the xxl says hip hop jacket? are these 2 different jackets?

I got xxl in Feb this yr -didn't say that at that time; it's a regular windbreaker in military form. I wouldn't consider the 'hip hop' wording.
