Powder does not dissolve in water
The formula doesn't dissolve, its very my insoluble and will sit on top of the water in little clumps irrespective of the temperature or how much you stir.

Excellent stuff. This one smells great as opposed to the ‘plain’ one that smells of drains or rotten eggs.Honesty give it a go. Follow instructions and no burns. People who leave it on longer may get a little rash.
