Wasn’t sure it would work, but it does.
Works very well for spherification of caviar. Was able to make so much that I struggled to use it up. Simple and practical. Easy to use and clean.

It actually works!
We have used this to carry out regular spherification. Is very easy and works well. This results in spheres of uniform size that are just a little liquid in the center. They set up the rest of the way pretty fast. Then they are solid. We are planning to give it a try with reverse spherification to see if we can get a more caviar like/popping boba experience. Pretty satisfied with the speed and ease of cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. It's great. Its practical. Gets the job done. I don't have experience in this. I'm learning via free online videos. I live this gadget!Update: I love this! I'm a beginner and I got the results you see in the picture. I now know that the liquid need to have strong flavors. But that has to do with the recipe.

Well made and does a good job of allowing multiple equal droplets during spherification as opposed to using a dropper.
