A few other reviewers ran into assembly issues, where the legs don't seem to line up with the holes in the foot bar.SLOW DOWN! The foot bar is not symmetrical.First, there is a boot plate on one part - this is the top front of the foot bar. You have to make sure this is in the correct position before attempting to screw together the two levels of legs.Second - do not tighten up the legs onto the bottom of the seat until after you have aligned the foot bar and the lower legs. The legs are not perfectly vertical and if you tighten them up too soon you will think there is a problem. So partially screw them into the seat bottom, align the foot bar, partially screw in the bottom legs, then tighten things up slowly.If you take your time 1) these come together very quickly and 2) they look great.My only complaint is that I don't have a larger bar where I can put more than the four I purchased.

These are the best chairs. They are easy to put together. It comes in 3 pieces...which is great! The first piece is the stool back & seat (All one piece which makes it so sturdy). The 2nd piece is the circular foot rest, which they call the stretcher. The third piece are the legs which screw into the foot rest/stretcher. Here's the trick to putting together smoothly. I placed the stool back & seat upside down over a bench. Then you will need to screw the upper leg onto the seat first. But DO NOT tighten all the way. The legs must be loose in order to place the stretcher(Foot rest) and screw the under legs on. You'll need to screw everything evenly. I put all 10 chairs together in 15 minutes FYI....Theses hold a weight capacity of 300lbs. I am so happy with my purchase. The only recommendation I have is to make sure you tell Amazon to ship each of your chairs with separate tracking numbers. I bought 8 chairs and they made 4 shipping lables. The shipment showed 2 chairs per label, Thus two chairs in EACH label had the same tracking number. So I only received 4 chairs. Amazon was great at fixing this. I received the other 4...though had to get a refund for the lost items and repurchase. OOH! one other thing that is important to know. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHETHER YOU ARE ORDERING BAR HEIGHT OR COUNTER HEIGHT CHAIRS. It makes a difference....Anyway...these are the best chairs. Love them!!! I'd even come help you put them together just so I can see your face...LOL. Get them now...they are going like hot cakes. Glad I ordered 10!
