I bought this product 5 times. Works way better than alternatives, and was part of my daily sleep routine for a year or more.And suddenly they have discontinued this product with no explanation or press release. It is so shocking.

Packaging is superb. Good wellness product, I purchased it to overcome my anexity, stress and sleep. And it proved effectiveness to me.

I was skeptical about the product at first. But if you have a disrupted sleeping cycle or have trouble falling asleep at night this is for you. The capsules make you feel sleepy but doesn't knock you out like sleeping pills. You have to stay away from any type of screen activity after taking it or else it doesn't work. As for me, it took me five days to correct my sleeping cycle. Finally I can sleep early and wake up at sunrise feeling fresh. The medicine hasn't created any dependence yet.

It is not effective at all. Does not induce sleep to the slightest extent. Complete waste of money.What does packaging matter if the product inside is useless!I want a refund!!!

Helps in getting the much needed shut eye but too many dreams!Takes at least 45 minutes to act and I experienced very vivid dreams,not very pleasant either.

It's best sleeping aid in my point of view.First 2 days didn't give much but from 3rd day it's working like magic.Due to stress i was not able to sleep.I take 1 pill 1.5hr before bed , then become so drowsy so that I can't resist to sleep.As I lay on bed in 20mina I fall asleep . Satisfaction is more than expected.

Efficacy -So this product did work for me but as a consumer we should know what to expect from a nutraceutical supplement.This is not a sleeping pill with a drug (eg. trazodone, emazepam, triazolam etc.) that is going to put you to sleep instantly. It is a sleeping aid which can assist in sleeping better and quicker. If you compare this product to a prescription sleeping pill then you are definitely going to be disappointed.Minor headache -I think the supplement does give me a minor headache after I consume but this sort of effect is not always universal. It does not cause any such side effect to my brother.Capsule size -This is a huge drawback for me as the size is too big which causes gagging and discomfort in the throat.I would recommend this product to anyone with a minor sleep disturbance

This product is really good for someone like me who drink heavy dose of caffeine and have sleep trouble. I feel fresh after a deep sleep. I don't feel drousy or sleepy the next day.
