I washed them before use and expected all the lint from that washing so wasn't bothered by the full tray or even the frays of fabric left in the washing machine. These are soft, but leave the floor covered in tiny lint balls after every use and are barely absorbent. I really wanted to love them because they're the perfect color, but no matter how many times I shake them out, they continue to shed.

Love these towels so much that I bought a second set. I love the dark chocolate color but they do have a lot of dye in them. I washed them twice before they didn’t bleed. The second time I washed them in cold water with white vinegar and two rinse cycles. But the feel of them is worth the extra effort! Great quality, wash really well and the material is thick and plush.

I ordered 2 sets of dark gray towels. I did a quick wash according to instructions with less than a Tbsp of detergent. They were discolored after washing. I’ve used the same detergent for years and this hasn’t happened with any other clothing or towels. Disappointing bc they are soft and seem like decent towels.

My concern of not being able to touch the towels to feel the softness was not necessary. These towels are very soft, rich in color, was surprised at how large the washcloth and hand towels were, washed extremely well, i.e., no lint in washer, dryer lint was the amount to be expected for new towels, no fraying, and they were still soft and held color afterwards. I'm very happy with this product.

These towels are super soft, and for that I would love them. BUT...when they arrived, I immediately washed and dried them, as was recommended. Cool water. Gentle cycle on the dryer. As I was folding them afterward, I discovered that one of the hand towels already had a large spot where the gray has faded (see photo), and one of the bath towels already had a pull in it (again, see attached pic). There was nothing else in the load except these two bath towels, two hand towels, and two wash cloths--NOTHING at all, so it's not like anything could have faded on them or snagged them. Really disappointed in the quality. Can't recommend these.Updated 1/16/22: Reducing from 2 stars to 1 star. I had already ordered a second set in a different color (the colonial blue, which is actually teal) before I left the review on the gray ones. When the teal arrived, I went ahead and opened them and washed them, hoping maybe the fading on the gray set was a fluke. It wasn't. The teal ones faded even worse, with blotches all over them. Also, the teal color itself faded dramatically overall. And they had numerous pulls. Again, they were washed alone, with nothing else in the washer, on cool, with everyday, popular-brand laundry detergent that I've used for years. I've added some additional pictures so you can see how bad the fading was on the teal ones. I honestly don't know how these have gotten so many positive reviews. Maybe the company changed the kind of dye they use since some of these reviews were left??? Whatever the case, my experiences with two sets/two different colors have been equally bad.

These are nice, soft and constructed well, wash cloths. The are absorbent without dripping a lot of water from them. I like to fill them with warming hot water and squeeze the excess water out and place them on my face to semi steam my face after I have washed off my sunscreen. They feel so good. They are thick but still soft. If I want to exfoliate my face, I put a little bit of soap on one spot of the wash cloth and rub it on my face. If the soap seems to wear off, I run the spot where the soap is under running water and the soap becomes reactivated. I’m very happy with these wash cloths and they appear durable as if they will last a long time.

The towel fabric is nice enough, but they are not 27” x 54” ! Mine measure 25” x 46”. I washed them (according to instructions) so I don’t know if they shrunk or they came in this size. So disappointed!

One of the poorer quality towels I've bought. Loose threads in piles and seams upon arrival. Short length compared to the average hand towel but I knew this based on description. Honestly, it's impossible to find quality anymore with any company so I give up...keeping them. Very, very soft! Fluff out in wash and remain soft. Softest hand towels I've ever had. I bought the light grey/white/silver colour and it actually is identical to photo. Loose threads only concern but, oh well.

I'll admit, I have a thing for bath towels and have far more than I could possibly need. Even so, I decided to buy one more and came to Amazon, of course. I'm very picky.The amazing reviews were not wrong.I bought the violet purple bath sheet 35"x70".After two washes, NO LINT. I mean, actually NONE! ZERO lint in the dryer OR ON MY SKIN!! ♥️ The towel's weave is tight enough that I cannot see the light when I try to look through the towel. It's sooooo fluffy and true to colour! RAVE RAVE RAVE 5/5!
