This one was stiff and had a lot of flaws. I ended up getting $20 refunded because so much of the leather was scraped off in areas.

I dont think so. Its a small bag.

If you are talking about the straps, yes, they are adjustable.

No, a laptop would be too large. A tablet may fit.
