2.4G WiFi Antenna with U.FL to Female SMA Cable, 3DBI Gain Antenna for Arduino Wemos D1 M1 ESP8266 ESP32 ESP-07 2pcs

I modified a Raspberry Pi Zero W to add an on-board U.FL coax connector and used this antenna for the receipt of wifi for the unit. This improved Wifi performance dramatically over the on-board antenna on the PiZeroW.

I'm doing a Christmas light project using a Falcon V5 controller that has a built-in ESP-07 WiFi chip. During configuration, it could not find the home WiFi by itself. After doing a little research, I picked up this antennae and plugged it in. BAM. Immediately, it picked up the network. Awesome! I wish the pigtail were a little longer, but given that RF signals degrade over longer distances it's probably the right length.I'm also putting the Falcon in an enclosed box, so the hardware that came with this antennae is perfect for external mounting. Again, however, because the pigtail is rather short you need to make sure that whatever device you're putting inside an enclosure is close enough to the wall so that the pigtail will reach.

Does the job

These are great to use for any Wifi Project. I used them for a ESP32-CAM as a mailbox notifier.

Awesome for use with ESP 8266-07 modules that can use an external antenna. You need this if you're putting an ESP into a metal box - as I was, to add wireless control to a piece of equipment - and still get a signal.

These are decent antennas and connectors.

Easy to install on my AtomicPi and gave it a good connection to Wi-Fi.

Worked great on my project. The hole size is 1/4 inch. The connectors come with a little lock/crush washer that helps seal the hole very well.
