Easy to Build
This rabbit hutch arrived very quickly. Faster actually than several other smaller items that I ordered from a nearer location. So kudos to the folks at Aosom Direct for that! There were some concerning looking dings and tears on the edges of the cardboard box, as one would expect with such a large and heavy box Thankfully, there was lots of extra cardboard supports and Styrofoam to keep everything protected. The hutch itself was simple enough to construct for two people. The numbers on some of the parts were a little faded, so we had to be careful to not accidentally use similar looking parts in the wrong places. Thankfully the directions came with pictures so nothing was put in the wrong spot. When screwing together some of the panels, you will want to be careful with bending or lifting some of the parts during construction. The wood is light and somewhat flimsy. It would be very easy to rip off pieces (like the tiny hinges for the roof) when moving, or even opening the cage.We open the roof cautiously and we never let it rest in the open position under its own weight.Last note. If your rabbits are jerks (please contain your snickering), you may want to invest in some rubber putty or some other sealant to close the gaps and pockets between where the wiring meets the wooden frame. ESPECIALLY AT THE GROUND LEVEL. It looks cleaner and it gives your jerks fewer places to fling "wet dirt."

Great for Indoors
Assembled this product and I can safely say this is not sturdy enough for outdoors. I'm kind of disappointed in not being able to bring it out, but it's a great indoor housing option! Building it, the instructions weren't exactly easy to understand. Not impossible, just not very clear. The wood is flimsy and it wouldn't last outside with the predators around my area. My rabbit does love it though! He's got more room and enjoys running around.Next complaint, the image isn't exactly a good demonstration to show the size. Then again, my rabbit is still growing and larger boy. It'd just be nice to know the rabbits in the image are baby sized.Overall, I am satisfied with this housing arrangement for my guy. He will need an upgrade sine he's getting bigger than I expected, but I'm happy my rabbit is loving it!

Nice but small
So the hutch itself is good quality for a assemble at home item. But it was way smaller then I imagined. However I did not get out an actual measuring tape to really see the measurements first hand. So that's my own fault. It's good for a 1 bunny cage set up. Far too small for 2. Which is now my dilemma. Also there's no opening to get to the bunny's when they lay underneath the upper level house area. So its tricky when you want to hold them and they're hiring under that area. Otherwise this a cute setup. I'd also like to add that I'd say this is more of an indoor cage rather than an outside cage. That's just my opinion.

It won't last....very soft cheap wood
Well....you can tell right out of the box you'd be lucky depending upon where you live and this is outside that this won't hold up for any longer than maybe 1-1.5 years, unless you live somewhere rainy then I'd guess it'd be even shorter than that. The roof is the heaviest part. You have to be so careful opening it up because if its on uneven ground or you let go too soon or open it quickly the entire hutch will fall backwards. Unless your bunnies are on the bottom level its a hot box and you need to leave the roof open, not enough air goes through just the top of the hutch especially on a hot day. The pieces are easy to find since they're numbered, comes with all the hardware minus a small Philips screw driver. I put it together myself which certain parts like the roof were very hard 2 people would be better. I debated whether or not to drill the screws in as it would go much quicker, but the wood being so soft and cheap I didn't want to chance splitting it by drilling. I would recommend if you want it to last a little longer to either spray it with a water protector, repainting it, or spray it with some kind of enamel. THERE ARE NO PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN THE PARTS THAT YOU CONNECT.....so you need to use "elbow grease" or push that shit really hard to make a hole where you want the screw to go. For the money I personally would NOT RECOMMEND it because it won't last, the "potty draw" sticks especially in the heat, if you don't have patience you'll be very very frustrated.....and you can either find another for the same price but much better quality, or you can easily and inexpensively build your own with the exact dimensions and layout.I do like the size, my bunny likes it as long as she's in the run area or on the bottom. For now its ok, but i will definitely be looking for something much sturdier, or if I can get more wood i will happily build my own that would last a good long while!!

Extremely Poor Packaging, very cheaply made.
The packaging is completely inadequate for this item. The outer box did not survive shipping. The cardboard was literally ripping apart and the tape became unsealed as well. The skinny / thin outer styrofoam was falling into tiny, annoying pellets all over my house. Tissue paper was used as a buffer between the pieces. PAPER. The "WOOD" it is made of is barely sturdier than cardboard...HELLO?? rabbits CHEW. I am actually thinking about returning it before I assemble it. When a product does not even warrant assembly, that is a huge red flag for me. I hate the return process, I can't even use the original packaging to return it, so I will probably re-purpose it as a chick brooder in the spring. What a waste of time & money. DO NOT BUY THIS. If you do, you've been warned. Cheap China crap.

Effective
Great product just wish there was a way to latch the top so critters can't get in.othrr than that it's what I was looking for small and easily movable. And durable

Looks cute but not safe
Not suitable for outdoor housing as advertised. Did not keep our bunny safe from a neighborhood dog who literally just twisted the front door latch open and unalived our rabbit. Only use this indoors. The material is very flimsy and cracks/breaks easily as well.
