I LOVE THIS. It's easy if you use normal sized-blocks of tofu, like the "Earth Grown" brand from Aldis. Bigger blocks you'll have to shave down a little to fit it in. This thing is a game-changer in my tofu game because I stopped pressing Tofu due to the hassle and I FORGOT how great really FIRM, pressed tofu is! WOW my tofu consumption is up by 95% for real...it's so delicious it's replaced at least half of my carbs. So, for the last 2 weeks I've eaten a TON more protein and I've lost 5 lbs without trying. - ok, well, I added 10minutes of yoga most days. but that's it! I am buying a SECOND press right now for my vegan friend who hates her tofu results like I did. She's gonna LOVE how easy this is and how great her tofu is going to turn out and she'll definitely, HAPPILY, get more protein in her diet. LOVE THIS THING!

I love my tofu press. So glad I made the purchase. I like that this uses a spring; the entire product feels sturdy. It doesn't press as much water as I want (just my preference), so after doing the initial press for atleast hour, I'll wrap the tofu in a few layers of paper towel and put it back in the press. I still consider this a win because I still save time and I use way less paper towels.

Wife and I have been using this since we got it, and we just used it again last week. we love it. No signs of breaking, cheap cost and well designed for price. No leaks for us to date. May be the tofu sold near us, but really have to have some strength to push it closed and lock in place. thats the one issue I'd say.

This tofu press is the best one I have found. I have an older version of this one, I have tried others, but keep using this style. It’s simple, easy to clean and squeezes out water for extra firm tofu. The longer it’s in the press the firmer it becomes, for a light squeeze it’s half hour to an hour. I like super firm so I leave it over night.

This was a replacement purchase as my teen broke our other one. I like that it is dishwasher safe. It's easy to use and doesn't take up much room to store. I feel like it removes just as much liquid as the one it replaced

I didn’t know I needed one of these until I tried it out. It uses a strong, stainless (?) steel spring to compress a block of store-bought tofu. It’s sturdy and built from clear plastic. I think it’s easy to clean in soap and water, no scrubbing needed. 24 hours was about the right amount of time in the press to remove 1/2”of water from the tofu. I have it marinating in barbecue sauce and now the sauce can penetrate a bit now that the water has been removed.

I don't eat tofu often, but I don't think I would eat it at all without this thing! It works perfectly and goes in the dishwasher!! Just don't use the heat dry setting or it'll warp.
