If you want to lose weight this product is definitely it!! You have to do your own research before you buy it though because your body will go through phases in order to help you lose weight. I read a lot of reviews that said they stopped because their body ached so bad after taking this product but that’s just part of the process. You will also have a lot of visits to the bathroom the first few weeks but that’s because this product is cleansing your body. Your stomach might even hurt at times and you might not feel good but once you go to the bathroom you will feel sooooo much better. Believe me!Overall, I think this product is worth the try! However, it is not for everyone because it may work on some people and it may not on others. Another person I know took this product as well but it didn’t work on her. She just felt bloated and did not visit the bathroom as often. So I say give it a try and just listen to your body, if you start going through the phases I mentioned and the ones you read through your own research, then you know it’s working but if you don’t see any of them at all and you just feel uncomfortable then stop taking them. I am a BIG skeptic about pills and fad diets. I am 51 years old and have 4 kids. For years I’ve tried to lose 50-60 pounds. So I'm an older female 43 to be precise. I've been trying to lose weight for about 4 months. I put on the "quarantine 15" like alot of others. And I was losing weight but very slooooowly. And the difference is very noticeable. I'm thinning out at a faster rate. I was fitting a size 12/14. As of now I fit a 10. It's VITAL to take a potassium supplement along with it. I started with one piece after breakfast. It didn't do much as far as cleansing. So I doubled up for a couple of days. Then went back down to one a day. I always drink a gallon of water anyway. You will be frequently using the restroom, so don't take it if you will not have access to a restroom. I recommend Alipotec if you're looking for a weight loss boost.

I’ve been taking this for 5 weeks so far. I have lost 6 pounds and have done nothing different other than take this root. The first couple of weeks were rough, I’m not gonna lie. I pretty much wanted to give up and stop taking it. It gave me liquid diarrhea going about 6 times a day. That lasted around 3 weeks. I also felt a little nauseous the first 10 days. I stuck with telling myself I will try it for 30 days and see what happens.If you do decide to try this 1) you will have diarrhea 2) you must drink a ton of water and 3) you have to take potassium supplements or you will have terrible body aches.If you stick with it the side effects will diminish and you will drop weight.

The description of this product says "natural". What happens to your body after a short 5 days of use is NOT natural, healthy and is intolerable! I read all the reviews and saw a few complaints of excessive body pain, diarrhea and discomfort, saying "stay with it". OMG, who needs to torture their bodies with this level of pain? No one! This product should NOT be on the market - the amount of all-over body pain, swelling, disabling body discomfort was excruciating, skin was painful to the touch for a full 7 days after I stopped taking it = 12 days of PAIN! I took one piece every morning with food and was active with exercise. I am very fit and found exercise, even walking around, to be challenging, painful muscle aches (deep like I was bruised under my skin) and caused weakness in all my muscles. This level of pain and overall discomfort is NOT natural so to claim this is a "natural" root/product does not make sense with the unnatural results. I wonder what long term damage could be happening to consumers. I took for 5 days and the pain began with day 2 and did not know what it was - thought I was coming down with the flu; it was not day 5 that I realized it was this root as it was the only new element. It took a total of 10 days before my body and strength was restored to normal - WOW!
