This was supposed to be for four full turkeys but we got three full turkeys and a turkey breast. I'll admit, this was a little bit of a panic purchase since we were seeing outrageous prices predicted in our local stores for turkey. Unfortunately, a week after we made it, birds started hitting the grocery shelves and they were much more reasonable. We baked one for Thanksgiving and it fell apart it was so tender and juicy so the birds themselves are awesome but not $100 a piece awesome.
