Like another reviewer, I bought this because I didn't realize the phone came with a clear case—although I should have considering my previous phone did as well... I've had this case for a few months now, so I feel a little more confident about writing a review of it. In that time, I've gone from being overly protective of my new phone to carelessly dropping and tossing it into bags on trips.First off, I didn't realize how big and heavy this phone would be. This case does make it rather bulky and adds a little weight to it. Not a huge deal, but if you're constantly on your phone at night like I am, your arm can get tired quickly, and it hurts a bit more when you fall asleep and drop your phone on your face. But if you're getting this Redmi, I assume you don't mind that larger form factor to begin with.The material doesn't feel overly cheap and is a little more rigid than other silicone bumpers, but it offers very good protection and isn't so stiff as to scratch your phone while trying to install it.The ring appears to be plastic, but has lasted well enough. It doesn't make a great stand if you have it sitting horizontally like the diagram on the case shows, which is a bit of an annoyance, but works propped up like the product photo on this page. It does its job adding extra security when holding the phone in your hand, as well. It's easy to adjust, although it does have a concerning creak that makes me feel like it'll snap off at some point. It hasn't yet, though.I don't have a magnetic car mount, but I do feel it would work well as I've tested the magnetic back, and it holds well.The side buttons on the phone are still rather easy to access and press, which I tend to use a lot for screenshots and volume control when listening to music. It doesn't feel too difficult, and I've never accidentally pressed anything except when I'm taking off the case.The camera and fingerprint sensor are also well protected, and I don't feel as worried about setting my phone down on a surface that may scratch them.If you use wired headphones with this phone, I would like to warn you in advance that depending on how skinny your 3.5mm cable is, it might not fit all the way into the jack because of how thick the case is and how small the hole for the headphone jack is. Many of my headphones that use angled AUX cables won't fit properly and I have to either use different headphones, Bluetooth headphones, or a different cable. This was kind of a big annoyance since one of the reasons I chose this phone was the headphone jack, haha.Finally, the included screen protectors are a much appreciated bonus. A lot of phone cases don't include them, and it's what made me choose this product over similar cases—and boy am I glad I did! I just freshly installed the second included one today after having a severely cracked one for the four months.I ordered this set as soon as I ordered my phone and applied the screen protector and case straight out of the box. A good thing too, as I actually dropped my phone a few times after having only had it for a short period of time. Straight onto concrete. There were pieces of the protector that were chipped, and there were long cracks that ran across the screen. I was worried it went straight to the screen. Well, I finally just took it off to replace and I'm thrilled to say my screen is in absolutely perfect condition. Not a crack, scratch, or scuff on it. In fact there still isn't one on my phone. Despite all the bumps and tumbles, the case itself has only suffered a few very, very minor scratches that you can only see in specific lighting. Not even the corners are scuffed. The phone looks pretty much brand new with its new protector.Do I recommend this case? For the price, it's an amazing deal. Don't expect Otterbox or Life proof for $10, but this is proof that a $10 case can still offer excellent protection. My grievances are very minor to say the least, and overall, I'm more than happy with this purchase.

The case is good for the price. It comes with a glass screen protector. It has protected my phone screen well so far. I like the little stand at the back

The cover is great. I've used it for so long that is loosing its color but it has protected my cellphone from every fall and hit. The tempered glass that it came with, was lesser than bad. It got cracked and destroyed for nothing. The cellphone gorilla glass did a better job so I threw away both glasses because they both broke.

The product is Excellent.I work in a cruise line and I has to order my stuffs to our warehouse and I usually receive items from warehouse after 2-3 weeks, now when I got the product I was happy but unfortunately the ring holder behind the case was missing "Feel like they miss when they pack it", as not staying US am not able to return the product on time.The quality of case and two screen protector is amazing that's why I still decide to give 3 Starts; I hope the seller give some compensation for the defective product.

The outside cover and the ring on the back are perfect. Good thickness and protection of the phone. My main problem with it is the screen protectors that came with it. I bought this bundle so I don't have to hassle one separately. But the screens that came with this were too big. When u put them without the cover is fine. But once you put the cover. Since it hits the edges of the screen it lifts the protector and u see bubbles or even whole spots lifted from the screen. Had to throw them away and buy them separately after all.

Really like how it is easy to grip this case--some cases for the Redmi Note 8 Pro are too large to grip comfortably. Additionally, this one can be mounted on one of those telescoping arms that has a magnet in it in your vehicle which makes it super useful. I would say this case is probably not best for those who drop their phone frequently, but if you just need a lightweight case on your phone, this is definitely a great option. It also came with 2 screen protectors, which I would not have expected.
