I am very fussy about things that matter- gaskets, latches, absence of interior rust or foreign matter in or on the cans. I have been buying from ammocanman for a decade both here and that other site, and never disappointed.

Despite the random stenciling, these cans were almost perfect. One had a dent that minimized its usage for putting in solid objects, but it will suffice with loose rounds. The others were perfect… almost like new. If I bothered to remove the stenciling, these cans would almost pass for new. Bravo. I will buy from again, unless they raise their prices…

Were described as “used good condition” and that’s exactly what I got. Small amounts of light surface rust, Some paint and stenciling, latches functioned well and yes, the insides smelled bad. But, considering they were 1/2 the price of the cans at the local sporting goods dealer and delivered to my door, I’m very pleased. The .30 cans are easier to carry when full so I use them for storing tools, gardening stuff and all sorts of things I don’t want to get wet or damaged. A couple of cans were a little rough, rusty and missing paint, more B+ grade. The other 3 were definitely A grade. Fast shipping.

Only a tiny bit of surface rust on most of them. Took minutes to clean up. Love them for long term storage.

I received the cans and expected a little rust with some dings. Instead several of them have a considerable amount of rust, are randomly spray painted (not stenciled), and they all have a foul odor. Also, several of the latches do not work correctly due to the amount of rust and general poor condition. Judging by the smell inside the can, I doubt the seals are functioning properly. I’ve ordered tons of ammo can from other vendors and never received anything in this poor of condition.
