Our favorite out of many
We have stainless vacuum-insulated tumblers that are larger and smaller than this, but this 20-ounce model hits the sweet spot. It's well-built and to date seems durable. A small thing: the powder-coated bottom cap of this tumbler looks better and feels better in the hand than competitors that leave the bottom cap as bare steel. That's of course subjective, but everyone in the family has gravitated toward these out of the various choices they have. A range of colors, so we can tell which is ours. One quibble: the color called mint is straight up light blue. Nothing minty about it. Beyond that, these are great cups. Keep hot hot and cold cold. My wife even uses hers with the included cap for her morning to-go hot beverage. A 16-ounce home-brewed ginger beer fits in this, even with the layer of foam at the top, but it's much easier to hold than the massive 30-ounce tumblers, which do still see some service in our household for icewater.

Really nice
Really like these. I ordered the 2 pack in white. They are very nice and look good quality. I bought them to gift them to friends and family.

Cold and hot beverages for hours
Really cool. Seriously. My beverage with ice in it stayed cool for hours even without ice it still stayed cold for hours but not as long as with ice in it. We did experimented if you place the tumbler in the freezer for a couple hours then put ice and your cold beverage in it your beverage will be super cold for 6 hours Simply Amazing. We also tried hot coffee and to our amazement we had hot coffe for several hours.

Great for the price!
These are nice cups for the money. I got two for $16.99. They are a little fat at the bottom, I wish they tapered in a bit more and were taller, but my hand is getting used to them. They are not 100% leak proof. If you tip them they will leak slightly out of the sip hole even with the hole closed off, but not much. The blue I got is so soothing to the eye. The lids have a rubber lining that makes them fit nice and snug. Never have to worry about those bad boys just falling off. One of the biggest things for me about this cup is the comfort of sipping my tea. Your lips fit so comfy on the lid. Liquid doesn't "rush" out like my last cup did making it run down my chin at times or spilling on my clothes. All in all, these are great cups for the price!

Perfect!
I bought the lovely pink tumbler. I originally bought it solely for drinking coffee but yesterday my son surprised me with an extra large frozen lemonade drink. It was too large to drink in one sitting so I took out my new pink tumbler & filled it with the lemonade. OMG it stayed frozen all day. Granted, not as frozen as when it was first poured but there certainly were still bits of ice floating around 5 hours later. I am 100% pleased with my new tumbler.

Excellent value.
If you like your morning coffee to stay hot long enough for you to catch up with all your emails, then this mug fits the bill perfectly. A full mug is good for 1.5-2 hours of coffee-loving enjoyment for me--your coffee-loving mileage may vary. And since they're inexpensive enough to buy a set of four, I can just pop the mug in the dishwasher instead of having to hand wash it for tomorrow. This is currently the best value I could find for mugs like these.

Risky using these to laser engrave on
This is the 3rd time I have ordered this. I laser engrave on them and the first 2 times, (12 tumblers per pack), it went great. When I began lasering on this 3rd 12 pack shipment, it was terrible. The coating process must have changed and I was not able to use ANY of the 12 as only partial engraving would show good. This batch must have been coated differently. Other batches worked and other brands work fine on the same settings. All are ruined now and can't be used. Won't buy this brand again. I have been laser engraving for a long time, so I know what I am doing. This 3rd batch just can't be lasered on. So, if you are buying these to laser on, you are taking a big risk. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I am out the money.

Decent but can find better
Over all it is a decent travel coffee mug.It keeps your coffee for a decent amount of time, not as long as it claims. It's cool that you get 2, 20oz mugs for a little under $17.00.My only issues with the mug is the lid is not a screw on, that's not a big deal, but the lid doesn't fully seal. You have to smack it down, and sometimes that doesn't work. It leaves a gap between the mug and the lid which is kind of annoying, because it's as if it's not fully closed and secure. The other issue is, the lid itself. It's a slide closing mouth piece with a rubber or silicone, and coffee gets into that weird little crevice and it's impossible to clean and stains that rubber/silicone piece really quickly. Makes it look gungy and dingy really quick.I don't think it's a complete waste of money, BUT you can 100% find a better coffee mug for around the same price. But I would rather spend a little extra and have a long lasting easy to clean coffee mug.

Keeps coffee hot but lid is hard to clean
I bought this for work. I love the fact that by leaving the spout closed my coffee stays HOT for hours. The downside is that the lid is VERY hard to clean. There's always some residual coffee that gets trapped under the sliding part of the spout. The sides of the sliding part are also hard to clean. The only way I get it about 90% clean is because I use my water flosser to get it clean!
