Cannot get the receiver to pair with the transmitter; tech support is lacking

The media could not be loaded.  This very good voice, but one clip has broker.

I was actually surprised at how easy it was to setup. I just inserted the receiver into my iPhone, pressed the buttons on the transmitters until they turned blue, and done! No channels to select or levels to adjust. The hardest part was taking everything out of the box!The sound quality is clean and best when the lavalier mics, (or the transmitters themselves as they also have built-in microphones), are placed about 6-12" from your mouth.I haven't run out of battery life on the transmitters yet, they say they last 6 hours before having to recharge them, but I am concerned about the fact that I can't easily change the batteries if they run out, so it's probably safest to just charge them before every interview.

This is a great product for the price and use. I use it to make walk through videos of yachts I’m selling. It’s #1 feature is it’s. I always have it with me. #2 ease of use. It’s dead simple to use. My only gripe And why I gave it 4 stars is this.....I can’t find the non phone or hot shoe receiver for sale separately so I could have a full set for all me gear.

I can’t seem to charged the devise it works well but they don’t charge

These work great and even work reasonably well with the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 using an iPhone 11 Pro so they would likely work fine with a smaller phone. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mics are mixed together rather than putting each on on its own channel. For my needs that’s ok, but it would be better if they were on separate tracks.

The voice is very bad to low I don’t like it at all
