I work in a -10 degree warehouse. Many times I have 2 forms to write on that make carbon copies. Rather than keep switching forms on one clipboard I’ve attached these two clipboards back to back. The low profile of the magnetic holders is perfect for this because it doesn’t get in the way like a traditional clamp would.The magnets are strong enough for about 6 or 7 papers, depending on how thick they are.The extreme cold has not affected the clipboards yet. Time will tell with that.UPDATE:Two weeks of -10 degrees took its toll on the plastic/vinyl hinges. But nothing a little duct tape can’t fix.

I’ve already bought six of these and will continue to buy more for my job. My workplace has corrugated steel walls and steel overhead doors, and these work great for turning a piece of paper into a sign. They stick to my forklift so I can drive around with my paperwork, and they’re durable enough that I can leave them outside in the North during winter as signs telling drivers where to go. The price is right too. Their only downside is that the magnets aren’t as strong as I had hoped.

I have two of these on the fridge, one for each kid. We put any notices from school, reminders, homework papers, etc. on their clipboard so we don't lose them. I love that the magnet is strong enough for quite a few pieces of paper to stay clipped in and that it blends into our black fridge when nothing is on it.

Saw the picture of these and thought they'd work great, but their stick power is very weak. Works moderately okay as a writing surface, but just wish they were a bit stronger.

These magnetic clipboards are perfect for attaching to refrigerators/freezers. I am using them to hold inventory lists.

Worked for what we needed. Would purchase again.
