I hadn’t treated these patio slabs for black spot before and they hadn’t really been well maintained, so there was a lot to be cleaned. After using a pressure washer you could really see the horrible, stubborn black spot. After applying this product with a pressure sprayer (so simple) and leaving it for a while, the black spot came off really well with a second pressure washing. You can see from the “before” photo how the black spot turns white very quickly so you can immediately see the product working. I needed to spray some areas of a small number of slabs a second time. Overall I’m thrilled with the result. Regarding customer service, one of the four containers had been damaged in transit and so I had lost a bit of product. I reported that to the supplier who sent me a replacement container the next day. First class customer service! Great supplier and a great product.

After twice jet washing, scrubbing and to washing powder and dish soap, applying another product that said it would remove the black spot..... but didn't! This product finally removed all the black spots!!!

Removes grime and makes patio look a lot fresher. Does not remove stubborn black spots despite re-applying. However, patio is very old and it does look much better. Removes stains that jet-washer can’t alone.

This stuff is crazy. We jet washed using a patio cleaner accessory then swept all muck and water away. Waited for slabs to dry and then applied this using a spray. We waited 4 hours and then washed with hose pipe. Our 6 year old patio section is literally like new. Our 26 year old patio section is the cleanest it has been in years. I can’t stop looking at it. Leave it on longer if you can.

My patio was really badly marked with black spots. A friend had the same problem and lije me had used a few products. But having used this product he was very happy with the results. On that basis I bought it. I had to apply a second coating on a few areas, but I am pleased to say that I had the same outcome. The patio hasn't looked so good in years. Fantastic result. Would I buy it again. Absolutely.Note. My friend suggested I dampen the patio before applying the product, and. wear protective clothing. It worked for me.

I am pleased with this product. It really removed the black spots. I have been using a much more expensive product this did just as well if not better. The only difference was this did affect my grass but the grass is growing back now. The main plus point is this product is so much cheaper would recommend just be careful if you don't want to affect grass and plants.

I bought this and used it on my Indian sandstone and it cleaned it very well. I left it for over 4hrs and the patio is as good as new again. Just followed the instructions.
