I have used this product for about a month and there was some problem in the product. I have claimed Warranty and Seller has sent me a New Product without replacing the old one.Such sellers are an example for other sellers to follow such ethical practices.

Original review : The product when received stated that the warranty is for 6 months only, while in the product details in amazon its stated as 1 year. Not happy with this change in warranty clause.Updated : Received response from the customer service that the warranty is actual for 1 year and the 6 months stated in the product was an error. Very happy to receive a prompt response from the team and a nice sturdy product.

the mosquito bat is very sturdy, well built and i bought 3 days before, so cant comment on battery life. but so far its working like a pro, this is absolutely different from other mosquito bats out there. will update if i found any flaws, but it was worth a buy. also, the battery was easily unmountable and has micro usb charging port, which adds to ease of handling.

I bought multiple mosquito racquets from this seller in the last 2-3 yrs and one of them that I bought a month before the lock down stopped functioning. I contacted the seller and he was generous enough to send me a replacement. Great customer service!!

Excellent musquito bat I ever used previously I have been using "Hunter" but it has battery problem and it takes 12 hours to charge so I was looking for a new bat which has great battery capacity as well as fast charging I found this mosquito racket in Amazon. it has great advantage faster charging and great battery life 3 x higher capacity on comparing my old bat and it has 1 year warranty.

Defective & poor quality..Worked fine for only 1.5 months & there is no information or process to claim warranty..do not buy as you can’t claim warranty!!
