This is a great product works very well. Don't know what people are moaning about being too thin that just speaks to me to needing more grip force which is the whole point of training the forearms in the first place. but you know the internet if it does not drive them to work, carry the shopping make the bed and needs to cost £4.99 then its no good.Ignore them this is a solid product so well made for the money,

The red handles are SLIPPERY. These are not useful for forearm training.
I loaded 10kg of weight onto these, a weight I can handle comfortably when doing forearm twists with a barbell at the gym, but for some reason they decided to make the red handles out of a slippery material (or else there is some slippery substance on them) and it makes this useless for its intended purpose.
