Awful. Don’t work at all. And I don’t mean they don’t attach to the shirt, they do. The actual magnets don’t work. I tried with other magnets I have - these tabs aren’t magnetic at all so they’re entirely useless

The adhesion, even when you do it as instructed is absolute garbage. These “new generation” polo stays are awful as they come off in the dryer. Forget the expense of the item themselves, they’ve ruined 3 shirts as the stays have come off but left some of the adhesion on the underside of the collar and then in the dryer they are ruining the shirt. DONT DO IT- YOU’LL REGRET IT!

These stays are great! Have bought multiple packs, and I use them on all my golf polos for the button down collar look. Haven’t had any issues with them and have been using them for years.

Seemed to hold my collar in place,I did use fabric glue to hold the button on the underside of the collar. I did lose one of the magnets tough, they’re pretty small. But thanks to Amazon I ordered 50 button magnets for 22.00 they are flat but a little bigger around we will see how well they hold.so, I received the magnets , did not work not sure why polarity? But my take, they do work but if you loose a magnet you’re SOL. Need to buy a whole new kit as you can’t just buy the magnets.this would get very pricey in a hurry not worth the$$

JUNK. Attached to my shirt as directions state and I have done in the past, come to find out after I ruin my shirt by attaching these they are demagnetized so the magnet does not stick to the stays. I have found these are hidden mess as far as quality control. Going to look to see if there's better products on the market have not had good success with these.

Work well. Magnet is pretty strong but have to be careful or front button will fall off.

Easy to use if your have a hair dryer. I had to borrow one but it's simple to apply the metal patches. My husband likes the ease of the magnets and it lasts all day, unlike starching his collar. We will be buying more. I applied them to one of my button shirts where there is a gap between buttons. Works better than a safety pin!
