I was really excited about these chairs. Out of the box, they looked great. After putting them together, they seemed sturdy. My 10-year-old son that weighs less than 75 pounds is the only one who ever sits in either chair to watch tv while he eats breakfast so they aren't used often. I bought these at the end of October. One chair had one leg break in early January. It looks normal, but if you try to sit in it, the chair collapses. Tonight, the same thing happened to the other chair while my 10-year-old was sitting in it. He wasn't hopping up and down or wiggling, just sitting there. For chairs that are supposed to be able to hold much more weight, I find it disturbing that a child is too much for it to bear. I realize these are cheap chairs, but I expected to get more than 4 months out of them, especially considering they are occasional chairs and not even used daily by adults. So disappointing.

These chairs are the best. Durable, stylish, well worth the price. Put them together myself in minutes! They look way more expensive.

I knew from reading other reviews these chairs were not of very high quality. They are okay to look at if you don't look too close. The material is thin as others have pointed out. the width of the chair back is only about 15" so if you are any bigger than a small child you can't sit back in them as your shoulders will not fit.The legs will challenge you with correct direction and inserting in the proper slot. If they are not inserted correctly they will break as other reviewers have noted, so be careful. Mine seem to be all good but the chairs have not seen any real use yet. Also, on one of my chairs I had to drill one of the back leg bolt holes as it was not lined up correctly to accept the bolt without cross threading.Overall I was ready to return these but my beautiful wife likes them. The material comes pre wrinkled and when you sit on them the sides really wrinkle. Oh, if the little nails come out put a little glue on there when you put it back. Only two have fallen out so far.In the end if you want cheap chairs and don't plan to expose them to heavy use these may be right for you. I could not imagine trying to clean heavy soil off this material. The thread count must be like one...I uploaded a couple pictures for reference. To be fair there was a shadow form the window nearby on the close up of the chair material.

Stylistically, these chairs are gorgeous! We were very pleased upon receiving them. Set up was simple enough just two screws per leg. The morning after setting up the chairs, after only being sat in to test them out, one of the legs shattered with a very loud crunch. Have been trying to reach out to customer service for weeks to either see about a simple replacement leg or assistance in locating a box big enough to return the chairs in (my mistake for being so excited about the chairs I threw the box out right away!). It’s like pulling teeth trying to get a response.If we hadn’t had this issue we would’ve loved them!
