Q: Where is the sizing chart?

I don't think there is one. My husband is 5'6" and weighs about 150 and I got him large and it fits great. I got him a second one because he's hard on clothes. He loves this jacket!!! Hope this helps.

Q: Are the arms wide enough to accommodate a sweatshirt? I don't want tightness around my arms.

This was bought for my husband and he wears sweatshirt all winter long and has had no problem with it being too tight or constricting

Q: What is the temperature rating of this coat?

At 74, I am out throwing frisbees and footballs for my Great Danes with this coat over a thermal sweatshirt. I am finding it very comfortable in our current “teen” weather.
