I have had this charger for a month now and it’s worked perfectly! Some negative reviews said it is a little difficult setting the time, which is true, but despite what some have said my clock has kept perfect time. And the charger has worked well on my iPhone with an Otterbox Defender. Also, the 5 dimming options allow for a faint night time display which is easy to see but not too bright that it will keep you awake. This is well worth the money.

I bought this to replace a similar device who's display had started to die after a few years. This new unit seems well made, and the display is adjustable from off to almost too bright, in five steps, so you're pretty much guaranteed to find a level that suits you. I can't speak to the ease or usefulness of the alarm, because I continue to use my phone's alarm for that.One thing I have noticed - and the reason for only four stars - is that I need to pay close attention to where the phone is positioned to ensure that it's actually charging. With my old device, I could drop the phone pretty much anywhere and be assured it was charging, but this one's lot more finicky. There's a small icon that blinks when it is actually charging, but a couple of times now I've woken up to a flat battery and no icon, even though I'm sure the icon was flashing before I went to sleep.

Great clock. Exactly what I was looking for. It is low profile and while you won’t be able to see the time during the day at its lowest setting it is not bright enough at nite to interfere with keeping room dark.

I was looking for an iHome clock that charged my phone, after seeing one in a hotel roomThe model I saw is no longer available. This one looked perfect, but it's not. It often provides less charge then my phone draws at night, unless it's placed exactly at the right place. My phone is a Google Pixel 8 Pro. It shows as charging, both on the phone and on the clock which has a charging icon. There is no indication on the clock that it's not actually charging the phone properly. There is a feature that tells you if it's not charging properly, but this feature isn't showing it as not charging properly. As far the USB, I could use that, although that doesn't provide fast charging which you would expect a charging outlet of 2025 to do.I do not recommend this for anyone with a modern smartphone like a Pixel if you want to get charging equivalent to using a charger.As a result of the charging issues, the phone ran out of power, dropping from 20% to 0 even though it was supposedly charging, and I was late for an appointment.

We have 4 of these clocks, but they consistently lose time. Every couple of weeks, we have to reset them as they lose at least 4-5 minutes. Additionally, we've noticed issues with charging our phones; when they are set on them, they may vibrate or make a noise but then you realize it is not charging. If it was just one 1 of them, I would say the one we received is the issue but it is the same case with all 4.

My phone was too large for many of the wireless charging stations that have the device sitting upright. The flat charging pad is a great solution and works seamlessly with my hard plastic case. No issues with wireless charging my phone and my AirPods (separately, of course). The clock itself is very bright and easy to read and I love the sleek and minimal design.My only complaint is the felt covering of the charging pad tends to attract dust that is hard to remove. But apart from that definitely a great buy!

I really like this alarm clock it is very clean looking.charges my iPhone 12 perfectly.I have no buzzing charging or dimming display like others are saying.I works perfectly.set up is super simple as well.also I like the lower profile charging pad,one is less likely to knock it off the night stand in the morning when half asleep.it also has very sticky rubber pads on bottom so it doesn’t move around.well thought out alarm well worth the price as it looks classy as well.
