Love these socks! I would say they are thick hiking socks, which is what I was looking for. Soft and fit as expected. One pair almost perfectly matches my new Columbia hiking boots.

I bought these socks twice so far and may order one more package 📦They are by far the best and most comfortable socks we’ve ever had. Soft and warm on the feet 🦶 no unraveling,wash beautifully!! My ten year old granddaughter loves hers. I love mine!In my experience, it’s not easy to find socks like this and the colors are beautiful as well... wash fine too. I don't like a thick, bulky sock, but I do love a warm, cozy sock. lol These are that perfect middle ground! I live in MN, so I understand cold toes. These work. They're great!

Update .......the price was right but now they keep increasing it! Not cool! Older review.....Okay so trust me.....these are VERY COMFY AND SOFT!! Don’t understand the bad reviews at all. Guess you can’t please everyone:( They are just the right thickness. Not too thin, not too thick! I love them with my Birkenstock’s!! Go for it. I promise you’ll love!

I can’t really say anything positive about these socks. The material is super scratchy and thin. You don’t need your shoes to irritate your skin, these socks will do it first. Also, if you are looking for socks that actually stay up, these are not it. I got them to wear with boots and they puddle around my ankles. They’ll roll down with or without shoes. As for warmth, like I said they are very thin so I can’t imagine they offer much warmth. The sizing is also incorrect. It says they’ll fit up to size 9; I’m a size 7 and these fit me exactly. A little smaller and I wouldn’t be able to wear them.

I purchased these to wear with boots. I like the boots I buy from Amazon and these socks work very well with them. Here in the northwest I find it necessary to wear a boot in the winter or my lower legs and socks and shoes might have whatever is in the air or on the street bounce back up from rain when I'm walking in a shopping area. So I find these are protective for my clothing and take care of my legs. Especially For Walking.

My hubby bought a set of these socks last year and I liked them so much I ordered 2 different patterns, for my sister and mom. The set labeled Stripe is much thinner than the other pattern. You can see in photos the ones that are ribbed at top are the thicker ones. The label on both says 35% wool, 29% cotton and 36%

I like that there was a variety of colors in the package. They definitely are not thick socks and I'm not sure that they were much warmer than regular socks of the same thickness.Update: One of the socks I put on for the first time already had a hole in the toe.
