I havent had a GoGroove product break on me just yet. My brother has an older model and that is still going after a year and a half. Cant compare the both since they both are superb. Clear trebles, and nice bass for a small wooofer. This is perfect for a small/cheap home theater. I am using this one to produce music as a temp to better speakers. For the value of 60 or less, this is a great buy. I love the visual effect. If you turn up really loud, the blue lights starts to pulse. Environmentally, I feel so good turning on my stereo set because it looks amazing! Not to mention, you can turn off the blue lighting if its too much. What a great incorperation :D. 3 year warranty as well, so if anything malfunctions, send it in.

DO NOT BUY. SAVE YOUR MONEY
This an overall trash speaker. The volume starts getting lower and lower over time and the bass loses its kick for God knows why. You can get much better speakers for a better price.

Exceeded my expectations, LED effect doesn't work, smooth bass and crisp satellites. 8/10
For the price, this is just "okay". I do not regret making this purchase, however at +75% volume/bass levels it does get a bit low quality audio. Of course, this is an excellent purchase for small room gaming setup. It's just enough bass, and sadly the "pulsing" LED effect is rubbish. I did crank it up full blast just to see how it looks, terrible shoddy ugly. The LED's do not pulse, rather they appear to flicker as if the entire machine is struggling to perform. Again, I don't need the flashy LED, solid is fine and neat.I would recommend shopping around first before you buy this. At the end of the day, you are really just paying for visual effects more than performance, but if you want a decent little setup for small level gaming, this is great!I'm happy with my purchase, and hope it lasts me a few years. When it's time to buy new speakers, I will DEFINITELY go to GoGroove first, to see if they have any new products. Increase the quality of this item, fix the pulsing LED effect, just put a little more effort into your product, and I am a happy customer. Thanks

Cost too much
The only thing I think is wrong is paying more for the blue than red. There the same thing except color. $10.00 more. Although they sound good, they aren't as loud as I expected

BASS not as advertized! Needs additional wire to hook up!
BUYER BEWARE: Speaker system does not come with a 3.5mm audio cord to attach devices to the speaker system. You MUST buy that in addition in order to attach speakers to you device. I thought that this product was ready to go when I received it. I only then found out that I had to order the additional wire to get the product up and running.Also, this speaker system claims to have great bass. It DOES NOT! If you want alot real bass with your music, this is DEFINITELY not the system you want. I am very dissatisfied and returning my speaker system IMMEDIATELY! Do NOT BUY!
