My bed arrived great quality love the design. Sadly the drawers and bed were different colors.

I love my new bed.It is sturdy and beautiful. It is easy to put together, but, I had to hire a handy man, t was too heavy for me.The only thing is there is a gap between the headboard and mattress, I bought a wedge pillow

I am requesting for a new headboard because there were many scratches on it when it was removed from the box today. We also noticed one of the legs that are attached to the bed was cracked and repainted. I have contacted amazon and I have gone onto the Coaster webpage to request new parts. I think this was a return that was sold to me. I cannot imagine it was new!I will keep you posted as to what happens next.. this was posted on the day we opened the box = Day 1

First, just FYI - if you see a bed (and the rest of this set) that looks similar on other websites but is under a different name and is hundreds of dollars more, this is the exact same bed. Trust me on this.Now, I do love this bed but it does have some flaws. It’s very well made, really pretty, and I so far haven’t had any issues with the slats, even with my husband’s habit of falling/throwing himself into bed. My husband and I aren’t the thinnest people but we both said the bed feels more supportive than when we had a box spring.You do not need a box spring with this. In fact, at 5’6, I find the bed very high and that I have to climb into it.You can also use the bed without attaching the main part of the headboard. Our ceilings are slanted and the headboard was too large to fit under it (which we knew in advance), so we are storing that until we get a roof raise. The frame functions fine without it.The main problem is that the queen frame is larger than our queen mattress, so you see slats and the “ledge” in the front. It’s definitely exacerbated since we’re not using the headboard, but it would still be an issue if we weren’t. I cover it up with the comforter but you can still see this flat area in the front of the bed. The drawers also need two hands to open - if you use only one, only the pulled side budges at all and it seems like the drawer will break.Otherwise, I have no complaints. Definitely get a drill to put it together as the allen wrench they provide would take forever. Using a drill, it only took us 30 minutes to put it together.

It looks like the picture, and it's nice to have the storage at the foot of the bed for blankets / sheets.

The quality is excellent and very easy to assemble (although I would recommend 2 people putting it together; pieces are heavy and large). I would recommend to the manufacturer to better "mark" the actual pieces with possibly stickers (i.e. A, B, C, etc.) I had the head boards legs reversed and had to disassemble and switch around. I would also recommend for manufacturer to reconsider the degree the headboard bows back; maybe not as much "bowing" there seems to be a lot of "wasted" space behind the headboard. It would be okay for a huge master bedroom and medium size room, but a small room would not be possible.
