I burnt two fingers with a wax burner and the gel worked somewhat in taking the pain away for I little while.

I managed to spill a cup of scalding hot black coffee over the back of my hand this morning. 25 mins under running lukewarm water then spritzing this on throughout the day stopped it from hurting too much and kept it manageable. I think if I’d done nothing it would have been really nasty, but combining the water treatment and this meant that 12 hours later it just looks pink and slightly swollen but it isn’t hurting. Will definitely use again.

Instructions say you have to dispose of the product after 24hrs so not much use for keeping for multiple uses

Seems like a sensible thing to have around as I like log fires.

I did not read the rules about discarding the product 24 hours after opening and continued to use it . Hope it was safe.
