Having read reciently about the benefits of these capsules I decided to give them a go. They are very convenient as an alternative to drinking ACV every morning. In the winter months I add a pinch of turmeric and ginger to my acv drink and these capsules have that and more amazing powerful ingredients which is a bonus. They are reasonably priced for a 3 months supply too and arrived very quick. Im all for more convenient ways to make my mornings easy and these are it.And for those who don’t like the taste of ACV then this is your best option to boost your inmune system. I was introduced to this product by a friend as an alternative to drinking vinegar each morning. I have to say that it is a very effective way of taking vinegar as not having to taste it makes eating my breakfast more palatable and enjoyable. I have also tried the turmeric capsules which are just as effective as tumeric has been known to stain the teeth. In addition to it's effectiveness as a product, I have also done a price check and found it to be considerably cheaper than Holland and Barret, so if you are thinking about buying this product then know that the price is cheap and it has very high quality ingredients which can be checked by simply opening one of the capsules.

The pills do seem to be helping me with my ibs symptoms, so I can eat in the morning and go about my day without being bloated. The pills are quite easy to swallow, they're smaller than the omega 3 capsules and the coating backs it easy to swallow. In terms of weight loss, I'm not too sure whether it helps - but I would say it doesn't. However, it isn't making me gain weight so all in all I'd recommend I to anyone to aid digestion, relieve ibs symptoms and minimise bloating.

I’ve been taking Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! They’re much easier to take than drinking liquid ACV, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion and energy levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of ACV!

Not very long left on Best Before date, shame as good product otherwise.

Well sealed and packaged. Been using these for a week or so now and I feel they’re helping me to feel less bloated, I find I’m going the toilet regularly so they’re keeping things moving there 😁.I’ve also been feeling like I’ve lost a few pounds too because my clothes are feeling a little loose, I have been taking these alongside green tea tabs so maybe the combo between the two is helping, I don’t know. I also am quite active and I feel like these help avoid the midday slump.They’re easy to swallow and only two a day, there’s I’ve had you have to take at diff times of the day where I’d end up just forgetting 🙄.Will defo be buying again!!!

I have waited to write my review on this product until I had been taking it for a month so I could really test it out.I have been very please with the results and will be ordering more very soon.I am very active and feel that the ingredients in this have helped with my recovery from Ultra Marathons and have helped sort out some minor digestive problems I had been experiencing.I feel good and have a much more regular bowel movements.This is the product I have been looking for for a long timeWell Done Sash Vitality

I like the product however please note that the expiration date is much sooner that most other supplements I have used. Perhaps this is a given due to vinegar (?) but it would be useful to know for non-everyday users.
