this ginseng appears and smells that it is very fresh.Ive tried others on amazon and this one has beat them out. It also gives you energy and an uplift. .It did me anyways. Only issues is swallowing the pills.I have a medical condition makes it very difficult for me to swallow any pills, so thats up to you how that works personally.

Like most other quality brands such as "Imperial" this ginseng has a semi- sweet taste. I have had some brands that were not very good and they seem to always taste bitter. I am not sure if this is a rule that holds true always but it seems to hold true in most cases. And this has the effects you would expect from American Ginseng. It is more calming than the Korean Ginseng. This is definitely one of the top 10 brands I have come across over the last few years, maybe even top 5.

I've been taking ginseng off and on for many years. I'm 64 and this is the best encapsulated ginseng I've ever had. You do have to cycle Ginseng to feel the "energy" part of it. As an adaptogen, ginseng is doing good things for your body even if you are no longer feeling the stimulant effect. I cycle between American Ginseng and Red Panax Ginseng so that I can avoid being accustomed to the stimulant effect. Again, this is the highest quality American Ginseng I have found.

Gives me the energy for the day. Take one pill for a couple days to see how it works, then go to two. Results are noticeable in about a week.
