used to have toenail fungus on my two big toes on a scale of 3 or 4 out of 10 - seen much worse... got rid of it by soaking in 130⁰ (heated) full-strength 5% vinegar for 30-40 minutes morning and evening for 6 months - also filing/dremeling nails to thin them... but due to my age (70) toenails are still thicker than normal which my dermatologist says is a normal aging thing... he recommended trying 40% urea - so instead of a thin layer on the toenails which would just get rubbed off by socks or sheets, i put a healthy dab on the nail and loosely cover it with a couple bandaids with some medical tape wrapped around to keep it all in place... nail is definitely thinning without filing or dremeling... woo-hoo - they haven't looked or felt this good in 30 years...

This arrived 11/16/2019 and I started using it the morning of the 17th! The next morning there was a visible change! I had applied it and put on sweat socks for the for the day and went about my daily routine. In the evening the skin had softened in areas so calloused I was frankly astounded! I was able to peel off lesser calloused areas with my fingers. I don’t recommend it! I am just giving you a concrete idea of how fast this is working. It’s the twentieth and I have been applying this twice a day! I make sure that it’s on everywhere after showering and then cleaning my feet before bed and applying again! My children noticed the different since the cracks are not nearly as visible and are closing! They normally bleed! I am walking about two miles daily and my feet look better than before and aren’t getting more calloused even with the additional walking ( car died) . My husband calls me alligator feet and I an anticipating him touching them in a week! I’ve kept them in socks so he can’t see anything! His feet are softer than mine so you can imagine when I can finally have him rub my feet without him getting scratches. Yes... it’s that bad! Terrific product that is worth more than advertised and I am definitely buying it again until my feet are entirely clear! I have seen foot peels on YouTube and other products and this is the absolutely best thing ever!

This is the strongest urea product that I’m aware of that doesn’t require a prescription. It’s a powerful gel that eliminates callouses but it needs to be used cautiously because it’s almost too much of a good thing! I experienced tremendous peeling and dryness of my feet and realized that I had to use it less frequently and layer lots of moisturizer on top of it once it’s absorbed and dry. I have psoriasis on my feet and some of my nails and it has helped with both of those, although it hasn’t eliminated it completely. It definitely does help to thin down thickened nails. Just make sure to do a patch test an ease into using it slowly.

I like this gel over the opaque white cream-type 40% urea formulas. I like to apply it with nitrile-gloved hands and rub it in til it dries. Note: white residue you might experience with high-urea gels and creams is YOUR FOOT SKIN SLOUGHING OFF. This gel is less messy than the white-cream type.It’s not particularly moisturizing, so I suggest a simple thick moisturizer like pure shea or mango butter after applying; avoid lotions or creams that has fragrance or additional exfoliating ingredients because it might contradict and cause a burning sensation (I experienced this after using a retinol hand cream at the same time).I left a star off because I think this on its own would not be enough to remove thick callouses unless you use it for a long time. But used as one of the last steps of a foot care/pedicure ritual—1) soaking with warm water, 2) scrubbing thick callouses with a rasp and pumice stone, 3) applying this gel, 4) sealing in with a moisturizer, 5) last, socks—it does a good job to making your feet smooth. It helps especially smooth out the roughness of skin after rasping. Because it dries/absorbs quickly than white urea cream, it’s also easier to use daily after showering to maintain smoothness.

My husband uses this cream to heal extreme dry skin and severe cracking on his heels. He looked for a similar product in various brick and mortar stores with no luck. Fortunately he discovered this product on Amazon and this is our second order. He gets significant relief from using it and very highly recommends it.

This cream blew my mind! I put it on my feet and left it on for 24 hrs. After the 24 hrs I washed the gel off of my feet and used a sandpaper rasp to scrape away the dead skin. I've never scraped so much dead skin off my feet so easily in my life! My feet were baby smooth in less than 10 mins. I should note that I regularly keep up on my feet so they were never scary looking. Anyone with excessive dead skin and calluses might need to use this a couple times to see results.

I bought this product after recieving another brand earlier but it (the older brand) had so much tee tree oil in it it made me sick. This product does not have all the extra ingredients (useless) that the other one did which is a BIG win! So far it does its job. I use it for dry skin during the winter months and as a once a week facial to remove dead skin.I have no complaints so far and will definitely buy again.

I was excited to buy this product, but was not very satisfied after all. It is not bad, and most probably will provide results after using consistently for a while, but it didn't soften the feet the way a prior cream I used helped. What I also didn't like is that it left white residue of feet making it unpleasant to use as a foot lotion. I guess if you treat it as a medications and not as a foot lotion, and expect it to leave a residue, than it should be ok to use.
