Brilliant. What a difference to my sleep quality. If I lie down, my breathing isn't so good so these strips do the job wonderfully. I do fiddle with them and put back a tiny bit of the backing paper into the centre of the strip so that the middle part doesn't stick to the bridge of my nose as the adhesion is very good and I simply don't need it to stick there where the skin is thinner. The rest of the strip is strong enough to hold fast until I peel it off in the morning. Never have any problems with them. I wouldn't want to lie down without one. However, I must stress that Better Breath are excellent but I do find that Harmony Life are utterly useless. They seem to have very weak inner parts that don't provide the stress that lifts the nostrils. They're no better than sticking plasters, in my opinion. Better Breath are streets ahead.

Good value work fine not to sticky helps with keeping the nostrils open a bit better and less snoring.

I've seen a few reviews stating that these aren't as sticky or don't adhere as well as other brands. They are in fact great, but they don't work well if you have any build up of oil on your nose. The simple solution for this is to wash your face with soap and water just before bed. I can assure you that these will stick to your skin like they've been glued on!Overall I have found that these are great for me, and significantly cheaper than the well known brands.

The good thing about these is the very low price relative to the branded ones.The adhesion is not as strong as it should be and they often do not adhere or stay in place as expected. As a result, for me they are not nearly as effective as the branded ones.

I cannot sleep without these. They stop me snoring too.

I really wasn't sure how good these would be when I ordered them, but they were a pleasant surprise.When I first put a strip on, it felt like it wasn't "pulling" as tight as the leading brand does. But it turned out to do its job just fine, keeping my nose properly open when I slept. For me these work just as well as the competition.I'll continue to buy these now, instead of the brand which costs 4 times as much!

I thought this would be good value for money despite the mixed reviews it did seem to have more pros than cons.No matter what products I use to clean my face before applying the strips they still come off on their own accord. Also these are quite large and feel a little uncomfortable when applied compared to other brands.
