It has really helped.
I have a bad knee from a ladder fall 10 years ago. It has given me pain for years as the cartlidge is damaged. I have tried a number of glucosamine products which have seemed to help but i have to admit that since taking the Synovpro Xcel my knee has been a lot better. I notice it when i need to stand for sometime. Before my knee would ache after 15 minutes or so but now I can stand for much longer.

Anti Inflammatory
Gloucosamine sulphate is supposed to be an anti-inflammatory. Too early for me to judge whether this is effective for me
