This screen worked perfectly and the linked video was very helpful. The kit includes a neat printed magnet with placeholders for the tiny screws you’ll need to remove to complete the repair.Note that it is possible to remove only the top part of the screen from your original device, in which case the replacement will not seem to fit and you won’t be able to see where the “screen” screws should be removed to go on the printed magnet. If the removed screen doesn’t look like the delivered part, don’t try to remove the frame from the delivered part. Instead, work the provided tools around the edges of the phone to remove the original frame. Once that is done, it’s just fiddly work to get everything removed and replaced following the video.

Fixed my brothers phone screen for his birthday. And he broke it again the following week before the screen protector arrived lol. So I bought another one and he was able to do it himself.

JUNK SCREEN REPLACEMENTJunk screen since day one I could tell it was junk the brightness of the screen was really bright on the lowest setting then noticed how my phone started getting hotter and battery started draining way faster now the screen will lock up at random times and will literally not respond to anything keep swiping up from the bottom or hit the right side button to sleep then hit the right side button to unlock sometimes it will be back working sometimes it will still be locked up then it will just start clicking all over the screen I have laid my phone down and it will be going crazy almost bought something on Amazon but I put into sleep mode then opened the phone back up and luckily it just added a couple of things to my cart. Junk part actually ordered 2 screens my wife ordered one and I ordered one and I put the cheaper one ( this one) now I’m going to reorder the one from the another supplier that’s double the price but bet it works!

I love this kit. The screen comes with a protector and its own installation kit. It is of high quality and works prefectly.

**UPDATE** Increased my rating to 3 stars. The vendor reached out to me about replacing my screen which I had to already go to another vendor that sells 5x more expensive replacements yet I have never had problems with. They did do right and send me a replacement screen which is why I am increasing my rating by a star but the potential problem for touchscreen failing is still an issue that even after significant troubleshooting has not resolved only by replacing the screen each time. Perhaps there are QC issues with the digitizer portion of the screens the vendor orders from or heat and vibration over time render them broken.. Unsure but my sample set of 3 screens has yielded lackluster results.**UPDATE 2**Vendor reached out and refunded me for the broken screen and let me keep the replacement they sent. Support is there if you are comfortable replacing your own screen. Your mileage may vary with the screens but the support is great so I am increasing my review to 4 stars for excellent service/support.*Original Review*Touch screen stopped working on my first replacement 7 months later. I thought it was my kid that broke it. Ordered a new one a week ago, he was happy for a week and then the touch screen stopped working yet again. I checked all cables connections and everything. Screen works great, touch is missing. Very disappointed. Amazon won’t let me return, hoping the vendor sees this and can make things right.

Product as described. All the tools I needed to complete the job. Works. Fits fine. The only complaint I have so far is the coloring is off. The colors are not as vibrant as they should be.
