I have been using this B12 for 4 years, it tastes good and does me good, although it is expensive, I trust it.

I have used this formula for 2 years now and am a BIG Fan of Global Healing products. I have Fibro and its CHANGED MY LIFE. I donot write that half heartedly. I am in my 30s and its been such a benefit to my life. I used to have Fibro flares every 2-3 months before using this, where I was crippled in pain and bedridden. A friend recommended this brand and I have never looked back. I have been in remission for 2 years now!I cut down stress, toxic friendships and lead a much laid back life now which is very important for any chronic condition. However this supplement stopped the pins and needles, nerve pain and the constant Fibro flares. I was not deficient in B12- I will still never understand why or how it works, but it does (perhaps my body could not use regular B12 in food).Over the past few months I have also introduced Vitamin D supplement by the same brand as I donot get enough sunlight. I would not use any other brand and would honestly love to be their brand ambassador!Thankyou- always.

I love this vitamin! I feel more energised since i took it. I definitely recommend it to everyone for the benefits it provides!

Regularly buy this product for my parents. So that’s usually 2 of the large bottles. It’s an expensive but good product which my cousins etc also use. Delivery was prompt n impressive. Unhappy that I recd my order with an expiry date of aug 21. Nearly end of July now. The last one I ordered in May had an expiry of aug which was ok. Not happy this time.

I have some objective data that might help potential buyers make their decisions. In 2018, my GP diagnosed me with low serum B12. I started taking the NHS provided tablets, six months later when those had no effect, I added top-quality over-the-counter B vitamins. In May 2020 my serum B12 was less than 148 ng/L; the NHS target range for me is 160 to 800 ng/L. My GP recommended booster IM injections then ongoing maintenance injections. I resisted. I did some research on bioavailability and decided to try this product. I took this for five months daily as directed, quite faithfully, and on Oct 22, 2020 my serum B12 was 634 ng/L. I cannot ascribe this improvement to any other change other than the sublingual B12. Hope this information helps.

I bought them for lack of vitamin D12 and I can say that now - after two bottles consumed - my skin looks better, is more elastic and smoother.

The taste is really good, I've been using it for a few years now after a Dr suggested it as part of a nutrition plan to help my Motor Neurone Disease. I think it's the best B12 on the market.
