I purchased this product because I needed some extra organization in my room. Im not super good with measurements so it was a bit smaller than I hoped for. That being said, it looks and functions great. The product was simple to put together...my only gripe is a back piece wasn't pre-holed properly so I just chose to leave it off.

This is an overall excellent product. I did have an issue with it, which is why I docked one star. I bought this in "Used-Like New" condition. This condition is said to have absolutely no wear, to be in perfect condition, and to be presentable as a gift. The one I received was far from that description as it had a huge ( and I mean huge) crack in it, along with a couple of other little cosmetic issues. I was so disappointed when I discovered this problem as I was unsure if it would even be usable. However, it was packaged in a manner that I would never be able to replicate and it would have been a pain to return. Therefore I decided to keep it. Luckily for me this crack was on the backside so it is not visible at all. I simply used some wood glue to keep in from worsening or breaking. I wrote Amazon, as I got it through their warehouse, and they were kind enough to give me partial refund! They were absolutely kind and professional in handling this problem. Now that it has been completely put together it is an adorable piece of furniture that I absolutely love! It is very sturdy and (despite the crack) excellent quality.There are two other things I would like to mention. First, it was in some ways complicated to put together; then again most furniture is. I think that mine may have been a little more difficult due to the crack as I think it made it somewhat uneven, making it hard to line up the holes. Nonetheless it came together and looks amazing. Secondly, I broke 4 cam lock pieces in the building process. Maybe I just don't know how to use them, or they just aren't good quality (maybe a little of both). I ended up having to buy replacement cam locks. So when building this just don't twist too hard when using those!Overall I would definitely recommend this products, especially since most probably won't have to deal with the complications I did. And I want to thank Amazon for suck great customer service!

It got mixed reviews but I love it.Cute and fits perfectly in the space I needed it for.People complained about how small it is. Read the dimensions. They are given so the size shouldn't be shocking.I love it!

Do not buy this bench. It is very poor quality made mostly of MDF board and the wood that it does have is of the cheapest quality. The wood on the top of the bench has a fake laminate on the top that is not weathered brown but more redish tones. And although the measurements are given, the bench does sit low to the ground.

I was looking for a bench like structure to put under our dining room window. I was hoping to use this bench to organize my kid's school work.The first one that arrived was great. We put it together in no time. However we realized that it won't hold a standard size piece of paper. The drawers are too small. With that said I made it work anyway because it's so cute. I put pencils, glue etc and bought a sperate organizer for paper.The second one we ordered came broke so we are returning it.The third one came and seemed all well at first. It has a hair line fracture in the wood but at this point I'm over returning these things.It was easy enough to assemble, had it not been broke and pieces cut wrong.The little grey drawer came upside down. There's only one way to assemble it and the hole you use to open it is on the bottom while all the others are on the top. I would like this company to send us a new front so it will match.This product could be so cute and useful if it was few inches bigger/deeper, and if they had much better quality control.I really feel this company should send us a new grey front for one drawer and a discount for multiple damaged products. If they can change these few things it could easily be a five star product.

The baskets are too small for shoes

I love this storage bench. I'm using it for a coffee table/toy box. It came with a cracked lower corner which wasn't surprising because I opted for the "open box" which gave me a discount and the company discounted it more because of the crack.

It looks great! Love the style and detail. The only negative thing is that the top color rubs off. I had to put a sealing wax over it. Maybe this was a step that was missed during manufacturing? It took me 3 hrs to put together. If I was use to doing this kind of work maybe it would have been shorter.
