This is one of the best exercises equipment I have ever used. The best part is that it is portable. I can carry this anywhere anytime and continue my routine exercises , at least better than nothing.The resistance is quite good and the quality is up to the mark.You can surely go for it.

Price is too high as per the quality is concerned, I got it for 699.The material streshes after few weeks of heavy use.This is only for begginers .Edit: Please don't buy , this is too weak to handle.My band just got fractured, placed a return .

Easy to use

Very good product for beginners and intermediate level. I can do triceps, biceps, chest and shoulders exercise with easy with this resistance band. I will definitely recommended this product if you don't go to gym and want to train your muscles. I have started using this product every morning and I can see the difference.

Thais product is good and strong ... But my yellow band got snap out it's not a big problem yellow on had 4 kg resistant .. but other 4 band are stong and good ressitant

The media could not be loaded.  A very good product to use.Increase Cardio, Strengthen Core, Build Muscle.Now ,I can do my fitness at home also due to the band's ,loved it.Very easy to use and I am very impressed by the product and delivery was also in 2 days .

Band is giving good amount of pump to your body as well as used specially before and after exercise for stretching. You body will remain flexible if your stretching before and after exercise for 10 min and lead to good body shape without stiffness
