I had a cluster of skin tags on my neck. I used the tiny toothpick and applied a little glob to each skin tag and waited the 2 minutes per directions and wiped off with a Kleenex. This stuff literally burned a hole in the side of my neck. It is now black and has white pus and is so painful even now (day 9 since I applied) Seriously this stuff shouldn’t even be for sale. Oh and two of my skin tags are still attached and hanging on while I deal with this black hole of missing flesh. ****EDIT on 5/20/21 They emailed me and are literally trying to pay me to remove this review. They offered a refund and a gift card if I delete or edit my review. NO WAY. As of June 30th I still have scars along my neck from this product. I should have left the skin tags. The marks are red blotches and have permanently scarred me.

Amazon keeps deleting my review because I’m telling the truth this product made my mole become infected I had puss in it this picture is 10 days after applying and as seen is swollen also very itchy but I’m afraid to scratch it because my skin might get worse. Second picture shows how infected the whole area got I keep getting more and more blisters every day. Amazon stop deleting my reviews

Purchased this item hoping to get rid of a few moles and age spots. I applied it to the spots I wanted removed. Only leave on for 2-3 minutes , once you feel it tingling almost burning it’s working. Area will be red and some spots will become scabby afterwards. It will look rough but on the third day I applied the clear gel and they started healing up. The mole on my neck fell off on the 5th day and the age spots on my hand are gone. I will purchase this item again.

Hi all,I have purchased this product with a bit of hesitation due to some comments of unsatisfied customer--but I am here to report that out of all the products that I looked at, this was the only one that included a healing solution for after the use of the mole removal solution. This was the main reason why I bought this product. So far this product works!! I am still in the recovery phase as I am using only the clear solution to heal the moles removed.NOTE: Please follow instruction carefully and start with small and medium moles, keep notes of how many minutes you kept the solution on before wiping it off and how many hours you waited until you washed the solution off your mole. Be extra gentle with your moles while the crust tries to flake off--leave it alone! I changed my face washing routine to makeup removal wipes, the brand is SIMPLE, to avoid excess water and to avoid touching the moles (since I have been extra gentle to my face). And as soon as it falls off start applying the clear solution. It might take longer than estimated depending on the size of your mole for the whole process to be completed, but over all it is looking promising.Best wishes to a clear skin to you all!Cristina

Let me start by emphasizing the powerfulness of this product. When first applying, please carefully follow instructions, for this product does not take much to do what it claims. Provided are small wooden toothpicks to use -- do not use anything but that. All it takes is a tiny spec for this product to work its magic. If anything were to get onto one’s skin, it could cause scarring. Therefore, do not overindulge or use a Q-tip.With that said, I bought this product to remove a moderately sized mole on the back of my neck that I have had for 30+ years. It took me nearly 4 weeks -- two separate sessions of applying twice daily over the course of a couple of weeks -- to fully remove it. The first time it scabbed up, and then the scab ultimately fell off, but there was still a noticeable lump (albeit SIGNIFICANTLY) smaller on the back of my neck. No worries, I proceeded to do everything again and this time I finally got it all.Although I have just started the healing process, the mole looks to be gone-for-good. There might be a small scar left on my neck, but no one will ever see it. Included is a healing solution--I would strongly advise using it, especially if using anywhere on one’s face. One last caution: when applying the product, make sure to wipe it away after 2-3 minutes. The first time I failed to do this and my mole turned chalk white for a week before the scab turned black. It kind of freaked me out at first, but everything turned out fine. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to remove a blemish that they are overly self-conscious about or do not want to spend a lot of money seeing a dermatologist. It will work, but be VERY careful using it.

I applied the product according directions. There was a slight burning, but nothing that I would call really painful. On a scale of 1-10, it was probably a 1-2. Left it on for 3 minutes, then wiped it off. It developed a scab, and the scab eventually fell off about 10 days later. The picture was taken about 2 and a half weeks after application.I do want to point out that I use a night cream that contains hyaluronic acid. It probably speeded up the healing process. I was pleasantly surprised at the results as I was told several years ago by a dermatologist that I would have to have a plastic surgeon remove the mole.If you follow the directions, you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you put the product on the mole and not on any skin surrounding the mole

Don't be fooled by the cuteness of the box or tiny bottles. This little gem packs a mean punch. Prepare to feel stinging pain...there's no way to prevent it. You have to apply this cream with a toothpick...it's that powerful. DO NOT get this product on healthy ''normal'' skin because it will burn it as well. The amount you need is so small, this is why this product is a major bargain at this price because the bottle will last you a long time.My advice would be to follow the instructions carefully because this is no joke. It kind of ''liquifies the skin'' and turns it black and while doing so, it hurts like hell (but it will stop hurting soon after you wipe off the cream). BUT IT WORKS. I've tried so many other similar products with next to zero effects...products you need to apply 10 times before anything substantial happens. This is nothing of the sort.I've used this product on a few moles and I love how fast it works. The first time I used it though, I wasn't very careful and I applied it liberally without care and I did end up with a major burn. But I wasn't ready to give up on it, so the second time, I tried it on a different mole and I actually followed the instructions carefully and ended up with great results.Since then, I've treated a few more and so far, so good. I don't always end up with an actual scab though...but it does turn up pretty much like the pictures in the instructions. Mainly, you just need to be patient while in the healing process because the redness will be there for a while.Long story short : I've learned to apply it in small quantities and in tiny areas and to never treat more than 1 spot at a time. I'm really happy I discovered this product. SO here’s the thing. THIS STUFF WORKS. A little to good. It WILL remove a mole and everything else it touches. WARNING, DO NOT LET YOUR HUSBAND APPLY IT or you may end up looking like me. USE WITH EXTREME CARE.

I had a very unsightly dermatofibroma on my knee, it was raised and would often bump things causing me discomfort. I've tried steroid injections, freezing, scar creams, and was feeling desperate after my dermatologist told me he wouldn't remove it since it is not harmful.This product comes as two bottles, one death cream, and one recovery cream. The death cream does sting a little when you use it and it very quickly kills the tissue. You need to be careful to only apply it to the target areas and follow the instructions. The photo of my area is about two weeks after use, so I am still waiting to see how the area recovers.Currently, I am extremely happy! The bump is level with my other skin and I no longer hit it on things, even if it leaves a scar, it will be a huge improvement compared to what it used to look like. I will post an update once it is fully healed.

Carefully read the instructions and use exactly as directed. This product is extremely potent and will literally melt your skin if not properly used. But when used as directed, it works very well! Given the potency of the product, this is much cheaper than regular skin tag removers that freeze your tag or mole. I recommend it.

I used product as advised. The next morning found my skin to be burning and far more that the applied product had spread. I feel disfigured. Summer, in a midst of a heat wave here in BC and I am covering my arms as I have 7 black abrasions.Month and a half later left with large deep scars. I am very unhappy with product. Buyer Beware!!! I hope in a few years I will be able to wear short sleeved shirts again. Please avoid this product and do not buy. I got a snail mail letter from this company asking me to remove this review as it 'would harm their company'. Said they would refund the product cost and reward me with a $50 Amazon card. If they were realistic they would have offered to pay for my doctor visit, medications I had to take, scar removal strips (bought off Amazon), and various creams and oils to help heal scars. Not to mention the one month depression the products results caused.Please do not buy this product. It is very damaging and toxic and they do not give a crap about you!
