Vaporizer for Wax/Concentrate,with Quartz Spule and Ceramic Plate,w/Wax Carving Travel Kit

I was in tears this morning! I just recieved an unexpected package and I want to tell you all about it but I have to start from the beginning. I bought this for my husband. It is his favorite piece to smoke from now. One day, he went to clean it and the glass broke. We were very upset but that's life. I reached out to the company on behalf of my husband. Today, I opened a new glass piece to the dabpen AND they gave him a new tip! That is absolutely amazing! We order a lot from people and dont hear back from.amyome when things are wrong so for them to replace our broken part is tremendous and I will continue to buy from this company for that.Now, for the review.There really isn't anything negative about this dabpen beside that the glass broke clean when it was simply removed for cleaning. Now, we all know glass. It could have been and mostly likely was just a weak piece. This pen has a quick and easy way to get it started up but it's not so easy that a child will find it in your drawer or cabinet and try it out. I love that. It heats up very quickly and hits so clean that a man that has been smoking most of his life, barely coughs. Concentrates are so smooth with pen. It's like a clean moonrock kind of feel and doesnt leave a burning in your chest. It is incredibly easy to clean and it hasn't had any damages to any other part of it. It is compact and great for a tray that you keep around your designated smoking areas throughout your busy day. (We have several designated smoking spots at our home so it just migrates with us as we work.) I love that we don't need any type of torch. Some of these rigs I would never consider purchasing with children in my home. This pen is just great.

This device is awesome and works great. Easy to use as long as you follow the directions enclosed in the package. One thing that I would like to know is where can I get replacement tips for this vaporizer? Also, thank you Vicky, for the personalized card of best wishes with my new vaporizer. Excellent product and easy to use. I'm finding it produces more smoke from less wax. Also, none of the wax can get lost as it stays on the tip so this will pay for itself in price and convenience!My package got lost in customs, but Vickey immediately sent a replacement which came from China, all the way to Hawaii in less than one week! I'm not a Prime member either.

I absolutely love this product. It is so convenient and easy to use. You don't need a torch, and it doesn't take long to heat up. I have had it for two months now and it works GREAT, I just cleaned it for the first time today and the glass tip broke. I did message the seller just now, but from what I read the seller is AWESOME and really great at responding and dealing with any issues. I highly recommend this product to smoke wax/concentrates. I have been smoking for 8+ years and have used many different vapes, I really enjoy this one the most.

Product worked wonderfully until I tried to clean it and somehow messed up the coil (I’m assuming that’s what happened). The thing doesn’t get hot anymore. And I’m not sure where to purchase the replacement part- help please!That being said, while it was working, it was much less complicated and easier to use then a similar one I just bought called the Seahorse (I think that one is supposed to be pretty nice? Same thing happened on it though unfortunately, so back to the torch it is.)Both got clogged super easily hence why I tried to take it apart to clean!

The glass broke within the first week just from taking it off and putting it on the piece. Liked the product but overall upset I couldn’t use it after the first week I bought it. :(

I would of gave this product a perfect review. But, I didn't have it long and I broke the glass peice taking it on and off. I see there are quite a few others who have had the same issue I did. I actually was going to buy another. But, there no longer selling them. Sucks!!

I’m loving this device. Before praising it, I’ll complain that my safety cap/"heating guard" is not magnetic. It does, however, attach firmly in place with the o-ring above the ceramic tip.In my opinion, this device is extremely easy to use. I find the lowest temp setting to work nicely, and haven't experimented with higher voltage. Furthermore, this device is currently on sale at $42, which gives great value for the money (even compared to seller's web site). The seller's video shows a relatively easy processes to clean the airway, though I've not used it enough to do so.Observations: 1) the tip is a wear part, and it would be wise to have a replacement on hand; 2) the water bubbler works fine without water; 3) water is awkward to change; 4) water bubbler is made of glass, and therefore is a weak point; 5) extra care should be taken to prevent glass damage (I wound a hair tie to hold the mouthpiece off of a flat surface); 6) at the lowest setting, this delivers delicious terpy dabs with clouds as big as you like; 7) high marks for portability, with due care given to the glass; 8) works in zero gravity.RECOMMENDED!
