So on first look, it looks great and the tile is removable and stays in the place with the 3 little edges, but.... after a few days of my chinchilla having it.. he loved it but the wooden edges were quickly gnawed down and I noticed each one of the edges were held in place by 3 nails! No good for chinchillas or any small animals cus they could have easily hurt themselves once the edges had been knawed or broken off! So I ended up throwing it away but keeping the marble tile as a cooling pad somewhere else in his cage.

Really good product, and as pictured. My only issue I have with it is the unfinished edges on the bits of wood sticking up we’re a little on the rough side, but a few rubs with sandpaper sorted the issue. Also, you’ll need to make sure you tighten and often check the attachment, so that when your furry friend climbs on, it won’t twist and they fall off. But they are really nice, look great and do the job of keeping little animals cool

Arrived broken, a bit of glue could fix this but can cause a problem if hamster decides to chew it. The nails in it look rusty so could be why they haven’t held in the first place, the screw part to attach to the step to the cage is also rusted! Overall pretty shoddy and not worth the money.

Bought to bridge a gap to put the water bottle in a better place.Sturdy and my hamster love sitting on it.

Bad! Made cheaply and the tile can easily fall off, especially as small animals chew wood quickly. Arrived with the screw detached from the entire item.

Do not fix well to cage, almost collaspse with weight from animal

Bought for two chinchillas - within hours they’d chewed big lumps of the wood because it’s very soft, and we had to remove the platforms from the cage because there were small nails sticking out which we were worried about them chewing. The stones are great though, we now have them on the floor of the cage!

Within 24 hrs, the wood base is flimsy and cheaply made.I've kept the marble plate, although this is extremely thin.I'm taking the base in to be altered by a professional
