Ever Clean Everfresh Litter 25 LB

Works better than anything else we have used
This makes super clumps. Every ounce of cat stuff, liquid or solid, is captured. This results in a very low odor litter box. Good idea to scoop out at least every other day, or the big clumps get in the way of the litter underneath when your cat scratches and kicks around after it gets done. You will be shocked by the clumps, they look like archeological artifacts coming out.We still get some tracking out of the box (front entry, with plastic doorway). If our big girl could use a top entry litter box this product might track out less. It also has some dust factor when pouring fresh and when scooping, but not near as much as other brands. Product is not consistently available, and not always priced competitively on amazon. We have purchased elsewhere on occasion.

Best litter I've ever used.
I've used this litter for about 8 months. Previously I was using Dr. Elsey's Ultra, however even though it clumps extremely well, I didn't think that it controlled oder as well as I'd like. This controls odor better than any litter I've used before, but it doesn't quite clump as well as Dr. Elsey's. I add about 1/4 Elsey's to Ever Clean, which solves this problem. I get incredible odor control and better clumping. I can basically stick my head into the bin and still not detect any odor. Just terrific!!!I've noticed that several reviewers have complained about dust. I use a Litter Robot which makes no dust at all when it cleans, and I've found that scooping the litter instead of pouring it eliminates almost all of the dust.Ever Clean is more expensive than others by the pound, but I've found that it lasts significantly longer (25 lbs. plus 6 lbs. of Dr. Elsey's that I mix in) will easily last 8 weeks. I clean my Litter Robot every 6 months, but I've been able to save and re-use the litter.

Litter Robot SAVIOR
We bought a Litter Robot 4 for our 2 bengals and were close to selling it because no matter what, it reeked of pee worse than a plastic litter tub. Litter was constantly sticking to the sides of the globe and clumping to the automated scooper. We tried 4 different litters including our previous holy grail, Arm & Hammer Clump and Seal. Everything stank. Ever Clean is an absolute LIFESAVER. No more litter smell, no more sticky sides, and it is not dusty. We can finally use our Litter Robot normally. Buy this litter!

It is definitely expensive for cat litter, but it ...
It is definitely expensive for cat litter, but it DOES work well and has no odd fragrances or perfumes mixed into it. My cat loves it.

This litter immediately reminded me of another one easily purchased at stores
This litter immediately reminded me of another one easily purchased at stores, I just can't remember which one.Pro: It does work like all other litter, even though it doesn't have any smells at the start.Con: It's too darn heavy to have shipped, especially when the box arrives beat up and there's no handle on the box. I scraped my arm, back of my hand just lifting if off the ground and getting it into the house. Had to finish ripping the box apart to get the litter box out because the box was nearly the same size as the product box. I added up the costs, its the same price as all others, thus no reason to go thru the shipping headache.

Ever Clean = Clean litter box!
Ever Clean gets our vote for the best litter every time! Its highly absorbent and clumps very tight. Little to no noticeable tracking too. I choose unscented as we are a one cat home and I've read that the scents are not the best for kitty. I scoop 2x a day as no one, including kitty likes a dirty toilet! I also do a thorough litter box was once a week by scooping litter, pouring the clean remaining litter into a trash bag, then was the box inside with a bit of dish detergent and vinegar mix. Dry the box thoroughly and drop the clean litter back into the box. If you were visiting, you wouldn't know there was a cat in the house if you didn't see one.Side note: Our kitty sprays high and we've tried a few of the cat litter boxes with lids, but there would always be "seepage" at the seams...uck! I bought a Sterlite 120 QT storage container, used a dinner plate as a template and cut a round hole at one end of the lid. This left plenty of lid for kitty to jump onto, perch, and jump into and out of the litter box. Problem SOLVED!!! (see photo)
