Great Value
The padding could be better but a great bar regardless.

Great for the price.
So far it has been great. Lighter weights feel real smooth and it makes heavier weights more challenging. Pads are still in good shape. I've squatted twice a week since I got it ( roughly 12 weeks). Good mornings are also smooth with it. Haven't put more that 4 plates on it during this current training block, so I'm not sure on deformation issues. But I couldn't beat the price for what I need at this time.

Good purchase
Everything is great, but the pad does not seem very secure, it slides off my back and moves around, I have to duct tape it to make it secure.

As a 5’11” female, not all equipment works for me, but this is a comfortable addition to my workout regime with its thoughtful and comfortable design. Already, it’s made an enormous difference!This beauty makes training much easier by restricting chest and shoulder mobility, so there’s less pressure. The front handles make for an easy, convenient grip, so your focus isn’t on a slippery bar, and while it’s a nice perk, it’s not necessary since the bar doesn’t need to be held, resting instead on a trio of pads.The Gronk Olympic Squat Bar is definitely a must for all of you novice and accomplished weightlifters to protect those knees and hips during heavy lifting.

SQUAT LIFE!!!
I love it!!! Just got mine yesterday and hauled it to the gym. Everyone knows I love to squat. I love how its not taxing on my shoulders. Great piece of equipment. THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

Comfortable
Very comfortable doing squats with the safety squat bar. Pads seem sturdy like they will last a long time
