Great value!
Great value and helps keep plants watered. Put the valve on all the way, add a little water in the top BEFORE you try to put the bottle on, then slowly open the valve to the desired drip level. NEXT put the spike in your planter THEN place bottle on the spike. This way you are not trying to balance a bottle in the air while adjusting your valve.Note: I was missing the valves when they arrived, BUT the customer service was AWESOME!! They sent a replacement immediately. I would recommend and buy again if I need more!

Not a bargain at any price
I bought these because I have many outside plants and I live in the South. It gets so hot and dry that sometimes a twice daily watering is needed. These looked like an inexpensive way to get the job done. As previous commenters have said, the drip nozzles don’t work. Either the bottle runs dry in less than an hour, or they don’t drip at all. You can twist the nozzle, but you can’t control the drip. Don’t waste your money. I would give zero stars if possible.

Takes patience to adjust water flow.
Adjusting the drip rate, the screw adjustment on the drip valve is difficult to adjust. The threads are not cut very well so it takes time to adjust the water flow. The little filter will clog if you try to use liquid fertilizer to feed the plants. The screw on water valve or dripper adjusts different on each mounting housing so you need patience to adjust each one. It works but you need to tinker with it to set the flow rate.

Did not work well
These did not work well. I believe Part of the problem was that so many of the water bottles being used now are such lightweight plastic, and that most of what I had on hand before leaving on our trip. I think I put out a dozen of these and only one or two of them worked the way they were supposed to, and I believe these had the sturdier bottles in them. I will try them again before I toss them, but this time with sturdier water bottles as my water source.

Works but hard to adjust
The product works but is really hard to adjust the flow. It was difficult to find the balance between too fast and too slow. I played with it a week before. I didn’t get it just right but my plants all survived the time we were away. For the price it was worked though

efficient watering
These little things take a little practice to get the drip at the right speed but the slow drip is a great water saving way to keep plants happy. No water run off vs. watering by hose. However, it takes about an hour for a 33 ounce water bottle to drain using one of these so I wouldn't leave town for 2 weeks during the hottest time of the year and expect to come home to a healthy plant. I have one in all my outdoor containers.

Cheap and worthless
Seems very easy to install... but with as small as an opening as I could get, my 1L bottles were empty in an hour after putting them in. Tried again, making it even smaller, but still either entirely drained them or didn’t put any water out at all. Will be requesting a refund.Feels like cheap plastic and badly cut out of the mold. Threads don’t feed well. Not a quality product.

Recommend for the price.
These are kinda cheaply made but do work. They have come in handy for my plants that love to stay moist.
