WenVenMen's Lightweight Military Cotton Jacket Casual Spring Lapel Work Coat

I usually wear medium in shirts, but large in a jacket because of my long arms. This jacket fits me just right and it's not as stiff as a board like some are. Movement is easy with it on. It has an interior pocket that is easy to get to because it doesn't have Velcro at the opening. It seems to be as well made as the more expensive ones. The only con is I don't think it needs the zipper cover but it's not a big deal. I recommend it.

In brief, WOW. At this price, you are getting a really great jacket. The packaging was atrocious, the arms are a bit long, neither of these things should dissuade you.I was cautious about buying a no-name but as is the Amazon way, the price was in that sweet spot where I was willing to take a chance. I'm glad I did. This is a really decent jacket for the price...for the price.If you don't expect Armani quality, you'll find this jacket is well worth the price. I know others have said their jacket came torn or with bad seam stitching but mine did not. In fact, this thing is spot on as far as manufacturing goes.The fit is surprisingly great. The lines are actually quite modern and flattering. I'm a bigger guy and this jacket has a slimming effect that I am very happy with. The arms are a bit long but I usually have that issue with jackets.The packaging was a joke. It was balled up and stuffed in a plastic bag. Doesn't really bother me but be warned, you''ll want to hang this thing in the bathroom during a hot shower or toss this in the dryer with a damp rag to dewrinkle before you wear.As I stated above, you are getting A LOT for your money here. The jacket is sturdy, thick (but not too thick), and made with materials that should withstand moderate abuse. It's a jacket that can be used in casual or professional settings. I could also see this as a foreman's jacket who doesn't get into the nitty gritty but may take the occasional hammer swing or two, but who also needs to look semi-professional throughout the day.Bottom line, if you're thinking about buying this jacket, do it. At this price you won't be disappointed. If you are, you can always return it....and I apologize.

This was purchased to replace one that I had for 20 years. It was falling apart, good quality and dressy enough to wear with a button up shirt and slacks to work.

This is just what I was looking for, a well made, good looking light jacket. From the reviews, sizing seemed tricky. I'm 6' 225 lbs. I went with XL and it was a perfect fit except for the sleeves, they were WAY too long. Through the shoulders it was barely big enough so I knew a L wouldn't work either. As usual with Amazon, returning was a breeze. I do wish it would have fit because, for the money, it was actually really nice.

This was a cool canvas coat - nice looking! Fit nice at the waist, BUT was really tight at the chest! I’m 5,7”, 165lbs, with a 42” at chest… the chart said medium would be great for up to 42” at chest… not so much. Didn’t try a large as my arms are short/ like my torso. Nice coat overall, but if you workout , be weary of how it’ll fit up top.

I'm an older fellow so I've got the big middle but as I'm also tall and wide shouldered in build which carried over from my youth, I can't escape the blocky look now. This garment was designed for the wedge look which I am not, so I ordered one size larger than usual once I saw the cut of the jacket. I was right. It fits snugly at the upper thigh yet fits perfectly around the gut. Pulling the jacket down when standing relieves the snuggness and opening the jacket when driving is very comfortable. The shoulders are slightly loose but that's okay because with a sweater or thick winter shirt that little extra space will get used up and also it's just right for twisting actions and arm elevating.

Simple and sturdy. The zipper, snaps, and pockets are exactly right. No frills, no extras. Just a plain, washable, work jacket.

Perfect sizing and very comfortable. Very happy with it.

I ordered one and used the sizing Amazon recommended by my other purchases. It was too small. The second one came and it fits well. The snaps located on each side at the bottom of the coat always pop undone, but that is not critical. I wear it with an undercoat, and it has been suitable this season here in Saskatchewan Canada; though, it has been unseasonably warm.

reached all expectations. Comfortable, versatile, and looks good. Delivered on time and by today's standards an excellent price.

This is exactly what my husband was after. He is a 42R and it fits well for a medium. Lots of questions around sizing and sleeves. They are a tad long but if you use the tighter cuff button it won't ride over your hands. Highly recommend. Was looking for a lighter brown, but this does nicely and looks great with jeans.
