All around great
Speedy delivery and well-packaged with bubble wrap inside. The medium is fresh and it and the bottle in perfect condition. I'm definitely going to buy more from Hyatt's. I've been using Medium W from Schmincke in Germany, so I know it is great to change oil colors to be able to mix with water, instead of turpentine. I work at home, so I try to avoid fumes.

Works ok, does make it watermixable to a point, can be hard to get out of brushes in water though.

This amazing product by Schmincke makes a way to avoid turpentine and other harsh mineral spirits in oil painting. Cleanup is then simply by water. The company selling this product, Hyatt's Graphic Supply Co. packaged the medium in a very secure manner and shipped quickly! Many thanks!

Paint be gone
I love this medium W, it works great with regular artist oil paint. I add no more than 20-25% to my paint, then when I need to switch or wash my brush I rub my brush into a paper towel to get rid of the excess paint-then dip the brush into medium w-then rinse in water viola paint gone-repeat if necessary. Also I noticed that the paint I used medium w in was slightly glossier that was a nice surprise.

Drying Time
Oils take much much longer to dry using this medium. The shine also makes paintings rich looking. I ended up just putting my brushes in a little before washing them out and not incorporating it into my paints however because of the drying time. Satisfied and believe I will use it more when drying time is not an issue. A little goes a long way and BTY, all this is disclosed by the manufacturer which I admire.

CRACKED LID- TWICE
I have not used this product yet because, while I'm hoping it will be good, the first shipment had a cracked lid (photo 2). So I returned it and ordered a replacement, which arrived tightly bubble wrapped, with ANOTHER cracked lid! (Photo 1). I will try to keep it and hope there are no leaks.😕
